Bravo left us hanging last week after the Joes collided in a brawl that seemed destined to happen. Joe Giudice himself predicted it, in a way making those the first wise words he's ever uttered. 

Just to recap what happened moments before the fight, Melissa said her last name about a dozen times to remind Teresa that her marital status hadn't - and wouldn't change. Teresa told her brother her needed to man up and stick with his blood, and Joe countered by calling her scum. Well Juicy Joe no likey that so much, and after Teresa ran and told him what her brother said,  he tried to bash baby Joe's brains in. 

Melissa begged Teresa to help her break up the fight, but just ran out of the room, like the devil, in Melissa's words. Teresa questioned why Melissa didn't get Joe off of her husband but she was clearly mistaken.  Newsflash Teresa, while you were running, Melissa was in the middle of the fight getting shoved and losing her shoes. Clearly she's the ride or die and you just...well run! Even Kathy jumped in the middle of it, despite worrying about her nose job. LOLz! 

The fight left everyone dazed, confused, and covered in a black mystery substance that turned out to be black hair dye that Joe Gorga uses to accentuate his already black hair. Melissa grew hysterical, reminding Joe that Saddam Hussein was someone's brother too, and declaring she was done. For a while, it looked like everyone was just going to leave and the whole trip was a loss. Joe Gorga was crying on the bed to his wife and Joe Giudice looked to self satisfied it was sickening.  After everything calmed down, Rich went into Joe and Teresa's room and challenged Teresa to go hug her brother and try to make amends. She actually got up and went, but Melissa was tired of the bull and refused to leave the room. 

After realizing that their happy go lucky team builders were not going to be able to handle their heavy duty issues, Teresa called in reinforcements. Dr. V, who is a relationship expert and a blond bombshell who also happens to be Italian.She also called in Caroline, despite previously telling her to stay out of their business. 

Despite Caroline driving up there, it was Dr. V who got Joe Gorga and Teresa in the same room together, and even on the same couch together.  She tried to get to the root of their problems, and Teresa admitted that she misses the days when they used to hang out all the time without any spouses around to mess it all up. Joe was apprehensive at first, because after the fight, it really seemed like he was done.  But it was he who reached his arms out to his sister and embraced her,  causing them to cry together in what finally seemed like a cease fire.  Aww such a beautiful moment! 

Despite the happy ending to this episode, the previews for next week reveal that they still have a long way to go as they bring their spouses into the peace talks. Stay tuned for more drama at Lake George!
