Big Brother 15: Week 2 POV Recap

Elissa of Big Brother 15

Having been nominated together this week on Big Brother, allies Helen and Elissa weigh their options in the Have Not room. If one of them (okay, Elissa) can win the MVP, they could put up a bigger target than them. However, with Aaryn as HOH and The Moving Company looking to take out the girls in the house, there may not be a bigger target than Elissa.

No surprise here - America votes Elissa as the MVP for the second week in a row. She may be Rachel's sister, but she's a much better social player, and I can't imagine fans voting anyone in Aaryn's alliance as MVP. It seems America is definitely hoping Elissa can help get rid of some of these unpopular houseguests.

While Kaitlin and Jeremy's showmance strengthens, Gina Marie tries to start one up of her own with Nick. He is quite popular, isn't he? First, Jessie goes after him, now Gina Marie can't get enough. He seems entirely uninterested in hooking up with anyone, and is solely focused on furthering himself in this game.

Right before the Veto competition, the replacement nominee is named and Elissa takes a swing at Jeremy. Besides Aaryn and the nominees, Amanda and Nick are chosen to compete. Elissa grabs Nick and tries to strong arm him into throwing the competition but he refuses to commit to any deals.

Big Brother fan favorite Brittany (seasons 12 and 14) appears in a video to the houseguests where she reveals that she's pregnant and due any day! In order to win the POV, players will have to dress up like a baby, which is fitting for some, and assemble a giant mobile, balanced with stuffed animals. Amanda practically wins but can't keep her animals in the air, which is one of the rules. Elissa's worst nightmare comes true, when Jeremy rings in first, winning the POV.

Kaitlin worries that she'll be the next to go, so Jeremy tries to pull rank with The Moving Company and order them to send Elissa packing. None of the guys like to be told what to do, and Jeremy's attitude doesn't sit well with any of them. Fortunately for them, it doesn't even become an issue, as Elissa decides to put up Nick instead. She and Helen foolishly think he's the bigger target, unaware that they don't seem to have a chance in hell of getting the votes to send him out.

Find out who leaves the Big Brother house, Thursday at 9/8c on CBS.
