When we last left the Big Brother houseguests, McCrae had nominated Jessie and Candice for eviction. Of course, both now head to the HOH room to figure out what the heck just happened. Jessie is easily convinced to play it cool, but Candice is not so collected. She calls McCrae out, convinced that he's in an alliance with other guys in the house. If she's onto them, she's got to go!
One scenario that I overlooked was that Rachel's fans would help Elissa all season by voting her as MVP. She's totally convinced that she's got it in the bag, and for good reason. When the diary room door opens, it's Elissa that gets the power to nominated a third person for eviction. She immediately runs to McCrae to tell him, thinking about putting Nick up, but he tries to sway her towards David instead. He also refuses to promise that he won't put her up as a replacement nominee and THEN breaks her trust by telling Amanda that she is the MVP. Let's just say that McCrae's social game needs a little work.
Elissa does end up putting David up, who is shocked and upset by the news. He gets so paranoid that he even suspects Aaryn! While this should be about him, she turns it around, crying and then getting angry at him. Doesn't that make her look even more suspicious to him?
The POV competition is hosted by Marcela Valladolid from CBS's new show, American Baking Competition. No crossovers please, just houseguests as hosts! The players (Jessie, Candice, David, McCrae, Howard, and Elissa) crawl through a vat of honey to a pool of giant blueberries. Inside the blueberries are letters, and the players have to spell the longest word they can. Technotronic, anyone?
The best Candice can come up with is a five letter word?! Oh wait, David didn't even spell anything. Andy points out that there's never been a houseguest who didn't spell a word. Can you spell embarrassing? McCrae not only wins, but does it with the word "delivery". Way to go, pizza boy!
Elissa immediately tries to talk McCrae out of backdooring her but he doesn't seem to be changing his mind... that is, until Nick steps in. He's gung ho about getting rid of David because even though Elissa may win MVP, David has a better chance of winning competitions. McCrae decides he has to keep the house happy, and removes Candice so that he can put Elissa up. Was it the right move? Only time will tell...
Find out who leaves the Big Brother house, Wednesday at 8/7c on CBS.
