Before we begin, can I just point out the PSA that aired at the beginning of the finale that stated that violence isn't the way to solve problems? Unless you're on The Real World: Portland, that is...

Following the knockdown, drag out fight between Johnny, Averey, and Nia, there's clearly been irreparable damage done between the roommates. Johnny and Averey decide that it's not safe in the house with Nia and call a house meeting to determine whether or not she should be kicked out. Yet, the only person that stands up for them is Jordan, while the others refuse to vote to send her home. Feeling unsupported and unsafe, the couple decide that they'll spend their last days in Portland in a hotel, which is a sad way to end this season.

Nia decides she's still not done fighting so she meets up with her trainer friend Dom and concocts a story about how Jordan held her down during the fight so that she would get punched. Dom is ready to fight Jordan over this, so Nia asks Marlon to invite Jordan to his upcoming rap show so that the fight can go down. Marlon doesn't fill Jordan in at all, but caves at the last minute, pulling Dom aside at the club to try to talk him down.

Dom decides to go in a different direction, calling Nia and Jordan together in a public place to talk things out. Nia apologizes for letting things go too far throughout their time together in the house and Jordan follows suit. Are they going to be best friends? No. They probably won't even call each other to hang out once they get home, but at least they've cleared the air and can be civil to one another.

Johnny and Averey opt out of the final dinner at the house, but do come back just to say their goodbyes. Ana has decorated the apartment with all of the fun(?) things that happened over the last few months and they start to bid their tearful goodbyes to one another. Averey's takeaway from the experience is that pride and ego ruined the house. She's not wrong. She's also got her relationship with Johnny, who will be taking care of her dog Daisy for a month until she packs everything up and moves out to Boston to be with him.

Will you miss the Portland roomies or are you glad it's over? Hope you're not too tired of them because Marlon, Jordan, Anastasia, and Jessica are all about to take part in The Challenge: Rivals 2!
