Our favorite ladies from New Jersey are back! After last season's explosive reunion, there were many relationships left in shambles, specifically between the Gorgas and Giudices. In addition to their tumultuous relationship, they were dealing with the devastation left in the aftermath of hurricane Sandy. They both had their shore homes ruined, and will have to rebuild practically from scratch, much like their trust and respect for each other. 

 

The Gorgas and Giudices haven't seen each other in a year, and their kids were starting to put the pressure on the adults to see each other. Antonia had an assignment at school to write a letter to someone and she chose to write to her cousin Milania. Following Antonia's wishes, Melissa mailed the letter. Milania was soooo excited to hear from her cousin, even though her older sister Gia almost burst her bubble when she told her that they missed Antonia's birthday party because they weren't invited. I'm starting to see the same negative qualities that Teresa has in her daughter, which is really sad. 

 

Nonetheless, Milania bounced back and decided to call and invite Milania over for a playdate. Understandably, Melissa didn't want to just drop Antonia off and leave, so there was a bit of back and forth about where the play date would take place and who was picking up who. In the end they each took the kids to a bead store, and though it was awkward, both ladies managed to keep it together for the sake of the kids. It was all good between Antonia and Milania because even though they didn't celebrate Antonia's birthday together, Milania gifted her with a brad new iPod touch!  The only awkward moment was when Melissa and Teresa realized that they both booked communion for the their girls on the same day, but Teresa offered to try and move her date. I sense some more drama coming with that situation..

 

Here's what going on in the lives of each of our housewives:

 

Teresa

After last season and Joe's sexy phone call caught on camera, I thought things were finally going to be over for them. Apparently they are both unwilling to cal it quits because they are still keeping up the charades. Teresa said on camera that if they haven't gotten divorced by now, "she guesses they aren't getting divorced at all". Hmm..we'll see! So far, no word on Joe's pending fraud charges or their financial status after declaring bankruptcy. Gia is turning into a little woman, already wanted to wear tight skirts, giving her mother advice, and crushing on a boy at school. Oh boy! 

 

Kathy

After hearing some pretty shocking things come out of her mouth during the reunion, Kathy is struggling between her sweet nature and wanting to say what she feels. To help free her of her guilt, she enlisted help from her sister Rosie, who we all know says whatever is on her mind! 

Caroline

Since she and Albert are getting ready to have an empty nest, they moved into an apartment for a year to see if they can deal with living in a smaller space. Lauren is getting ready to move in with Vito, so they're finally going to get some alone time after raising their kids.

 

Jacqueline

She revealed last year that he youngest son Nicholas was diagnosed with autism. She's been working hard with him every day, and celebrating every accomplishment, big or small. Considering she's dealing with some real life drama that actually matters, she could care less about what is going on between her former friend Teresa and her brother. In fact, her exact words were "I'm tired of listening to Gorga/Giudice drama. It's right up there on my priority list with bleaching my a**hole".  Well, at least we know where she stands. 

 

While Jacqueline seems determined to stay out of it, Caroline is jumping all in it, as usual. Joe Gorga admitted that he gravitates towards Caroline, because she gives him the warmth and close relationship that he's lacking in his own family right now. Caroline seemed to be off Team Melissa, which is really odd considering they seemed to be really good friends at the end of last season. Caroline asked to meet with Joe alone because she thinks that Melissa is only fueling the drama now, and they had a long heart to heart. She vowed to once again walk into the lion's den and talk to Teresa about her relationship with her brother. I can't imagine that's going to go well..

 

It seems like we're in store for another drama filled season, and It looks like there are a lot of marital problems in store, from Kathy and Ritchie to Melissa and Joe and even Caroline and Albie! Stay tuned!
