After Anatasia's last than ideal reunion with her boyfriend Mark last week on The Real World: Portland, the two have decided to take a break. It's definitely the best thing for her, based on what we saw of his behavior, especially considering he decided to end things via email. That seems to be a running theme in this episode but we'll get to that in a bit.

Marlon is trying HARD to be a good boy and not hook up with any women while he's in Portland. His strict father raised him to have respect for himself and others, but it's tough when everyone around him is getting lucky. Despite a lengthy phone conversation with his dad, Marlon heads out to the clubs, drinks too much, and ends up in bed with some random girl. Though he's embarrassed about it the next day, his roommates can't help but congratulate him and make jokes. Clearly, they don't understand the disappointment he's going to have to face when he goes home.

Averey and Johnny discuss the idea of moving in together in Boston once the show is over. When she shares the news with her grandmother, though, she's not met with much enthusiasm. Perhaps these two have a little more to learn about each other before making such a big decision. After all, Averey is still flirting with guys and Johnny still needs to learn to control his temper and jealousy.

Jessica goes all Fatal Attraction on Tyler, putting up pictures all over the apartment of them, talking about moving to Portland, and can't stop telling him how much she misses him. It's a little too much for the guy, and he ends up calling the relationship off over... you guessed it, email! Can't these guys man up and just have an honest conversation?
