Tonight, Shakira and Usher had their fingers crossed as they faced the possibility of being knocked out of the competition completely.  Besides the eliminations (yuck) we enjoyed some awesome performances by our contestants, but the cuts were inevitable. And boy, were we in for some surprises, but I'll leave that until the end. 

The first singer saved by America was Michelle - saving  Team Ursher from falling out of the competition. She kicks a** and I'm so glad she was safe! Next up was Danielle from Team Blake, followed by Sasha from Team Shakira. Shakira was so excited when she was saved that she jumped out of her seat and ran over to her! After that adorable moment, The Swan Brothers from Team Blake and Amber from Team Adam were spared. The Swan Brothers sure are making Voice history as they move further and further than any duo has ever gone before. 

Then came what I'm calling the "Biggest Shocker in The Voice History". Remaining left onstage were Judith, Sarah, and Holly. I was writing as I typed, already filling in that Judith was chosen. Then Carson said it. He said Holly's name. And he didn't take it back. Whaaatttt??? I'm sorry Sarah, you're good and all, but Judith NEVER should have gone home tonight. She should have been in the Top 3, at LEAST. How could this have happened??? Adam looked pissed, Holly looked shocked, and I'm sure all the Judith fans out there are upset. I know I am. 

Whelp, I'm going to try and figure out HOW and WHY this happened. Stay tuned as the..er... Top 6 perform next week. 

The Voice airs Mondays at 8pm EST, and Tuesdays at 9pm EST on NBC.
