Yesterday, much of the nation had their minds and hearts in Oklahoma due to the devastation and casualties from the powerful tornado that ravaged the state. To pay tribute to his home state, Blake joined his wife Miranda Lambert on stage for an emotional performance of her song "Over You". Such a nice way to open the show up! After that, Shakira took the stage with her team to perform yet another emotional song "I'll Stand By You". After the awesome performances, it was time to get down to business. Here are the Top 8 contestants in the competition:

Unfortunately, Chris and Josiah will not be moving on any further in the competition, as they weren't saved by America.  Honestly, I'm really surprised that Chris was eliminated, he has such a beautiful voice! As of right now, Team Blake and Team Adam have three artists each remaining, and Usher and Shakira have one each. We're getting closer and closer to finding "The Voice" and next week we'll be down to six contestants. Stay tuned! 

 

The Voice airs Mondays at 8pm, EST on NBC.
