It's amazing how quickly people will abandon an immunity challenge at a crucial point in the game of Survivor for a snack. This week's double elimination episode starts off with no reward challenge, but an immunity challenge instead. Players stand atop a triangular shaped platform in the water and must balance themselves there without falling. Jeff breaks out some donuts in the first few minutes and without hardly any hesitation at all, Erik and Eddie agree to jump in and stuff their faces. Really, Eddie? You must feel VERY comfortable snuggling up to Andrea at night to give up any shot at safety.

A bold and shirtless Cochran decides to abandon his alliance for some hot dogs and soda, claiming he would've fallen in anyway momentarily. Of course the women aren't going to be happy about it. They're left battling Reynold by themselves. Sherri and Dawn go down and then, after some very impressive saves, Reynolds takes a nosedive. That leaves Andrea and Brenda to battle it out but rather than strike a deal, they decide to stay up there for an hours. Ah, there's a dilemma in an endurance challenge. Do you step down and trust your alliance members or do you make it blatantly clear you can't trust them and fight for that idol? The girls to to a sudden death, one foot round and Andrea ends up winning both the idol AND a clue to a hidden immunity idol.

Before going to tribal council, Andrea takes her alliance into the jungle and gives them the information they need to help her find the idol. Erik digs it up and hands it right over (not surprising). Nothing surprising happens at the first tribal council of the night and after being an outsider since the very beginning, Reynold is finally sent packing. He put up a hell of a fight though.

Back at camp, Andrea decides she's got to blindside Dawn or Brenda at the next tribal and makes the mistake of telling Cochran her plan. Of course, he runs right back to them to fill them in and now we've got a turf war brewing between the ladies. In the second immunity challenge, players maneuver a buoy through a series of obstacles in the water, retrieve key, unlock some ladder rungs, and build a ladder in order to reach the end. Though everyone ends up at the ladder building together at some point, Erik puts that thing together in no time and will be safe from the vote.

Andrea threatens to play the idol if she feels nervous so there's talk of splitting votes to get Eddie out just in case. She's clearly planning on going to the end with him and Cochran makes a good point in his interview saying if he's not part of her plan, she won't be part of his. Wuh oh, blindside alert! Once again, at tribal, people admit that they've lied to each other and made promises they know they're not going to keep.  While Andrea sits convinced that Brenda will be going home, she's shocked to see her name written down multiple times.  After her shock, and yelling out "WHAT?!" at her tribe members, she laughs it off, grabs her torch, and walks it over to Jeff.  Two seasons Andrea has played and two seasons she's gone home for trusting people too much. 

Raise your hand if you're worried for Cochran now.  Brenda is out to get him!
