Johnny knows the way to Averey's heart on The Real World: Portland and that's through her dog, Daisy. You might say to yourself, "No one really falls for the guy cozying up to the pet trick, right?" but you would be wrong. His feelings for Averey definitely seem sincere but he's able to fast track their relationship a bit by scoring some points with the canine roomie. Before the end of the second episode, the two have already slept together. Johnny and Averey, that is.

Marlon reveals a fairly big secret about himself when he tells the group that he's hooked up with a guy before. His explanation was that, after his college football career was over, he felt like a nobody and the gay community welcomed him in. Good looking, athletic, funny, why wouldn't they? He swears he's not gay, but at most, he'll call himself bisexual.

After losing Anastasia as a potential friend on the season premiere, Jordan loses Jessica next - not that he's losing any sleep over it. He's convinced that she doesn't know anything about the real world (no pun intended) and maybe she doesn't, but that's a great reason to come on the show. You meet all different types of people and personalities and you have to learn to deal with it. Jordan's insistence in proving everyone wrong, combined with his drunken shenanigans, are about to ensure that he doesn't have a friend left in that house.

Usually, in past seasons, The Real World hooks up the group with an awesome job, but Portland is the exception. In fact, the group has to fend for themselves, opting for positions at pizzerias and frozen yogurt stands to earn a little money (that they'll turn right around and spend at the bar). Feeling like she didn't graduate from a four year college to earn minimum wage, Joi realizes that this experience isn't what she thought it would be and decides to leave for good. It seems like a mistake to bail so early on, especially when being on The Real World can lead to bigger and better things, but she's convinced it's the right move.

Jessica meets a guy named Tyler, and the two head out on a date at a nice, italian restaurant. They have a cute, puppy love going which is basically the opposite of the way too fast, sexual relationship Averey and Johnny are currently enjoying. I mean heck, they had sex in the bathroom on their first day at work!

Back at the house, the phone rings and on the other end of the line is a bubbly, southern girl who says she's the newest roommate and will be arriving in the morning. While everyone takes it at face value, only Jessica doubts that the accent and story were legit. Good call, Jess! Next week, we finally get to see what the Hurricane Nia hype has been all about. Why does she love to lie? And more important, why the heck is she making out with Jordan on the pool table in front of everyone?!
