Even though she got cancellations from Renee and Love, Big Ang still went ahead with her fabulous Christmas party, complete with pasta and lobster.  Carla attended even though she wasn't wanted by anyone, except the hostess. As soon as she sat down, you could cut the tension with a knife. Karen wasted no time letting Carla know she didn't appreciate when she waved a butter knife in her friend's face. Carla refused to apologize for calling Renee a drunk and even took credit for pushing her to go to rehab. On that note, Karen announced she had to leave to go pack for her trip to Arizona, Big Ang mumbled "ho ho ho" under her breath and poured more wine and that was the end of the Christmas dinner. 

Karen finally headed to Arizona, with Ramona in tow, to figure out what the hell was going on with her daughter, her house, and Dave. When she arrived, she found her house empty (except for her dog) and her daughter with a brand new attitude and fondness for Dave's girlfriend, Rebecca. Karen didn't appreciate that her family in AZ didn't stop having a life just because she wanted to play mob daughter in NY. How dare they! 

In the middle of Karen crying and grilling her daughter, in walks Dave with an aloof attitude that showed he didn't want to deal with any of the drama Karen was bringing. Karen screamed, Dave didn't care, she demanded to meet his girlfriend, he calmly agreed. After Dave left, Karen was left to deal with her emotions and crazy a** Ramona who suggested that she and Dave work things out because she liked his smooth sexy demeanor. I'm starting to understand why this chick accepted a marriage proposal from a man that is possibly serving 25 to life - she's nuts! 

While Karen was in Arizona, she took the opportunity to show Ramona where she used to live. I didn't realize that her father actually tried to turn legit and it was her stupidity that put him back in jail after he took the rap for a drug ring she started. Interesting... Considering she put him in there, it's only right that she try to get him out, and that's exactly what she and her brother plan to do. 

While Karen was planning to attack Dave, Renee took Love, Big Ang, and Drita shopping for an attack dog. Renee wanted something to make her feel safe in her house, so they drove 3 hours to observe some in action. They were ferocious, but not bulletproof, and cost 15k, so Renee decided to give it some more thought. Good idea. 

Ok Mob Wives, I'm starting to get bored. I need Love to actually stab someone, Karen to do more than spew empty threats, and Renee to start drinking again. Love's threats of causing great bodily harm to someone by foreign object every ten minutes is entertaining and all, but I need more! Sigh! Next week, Karen meets Rebecca, the drama between Love and Carla escalates, and Renee starts Krav Maga classes!
