Ramona was planning a joint birthday party for her daughters, Melina and Anissa, which seems like a simple enough task. It was, until Melina told her that she wanted to invite Drita's daughter Aleeya to the party. Ramona openly admits to wanting to use Drita's mouth as a toilet and Drita wanted to put her head through a window, so they decided a meeting was necessary before they were at a child's birthday party together. I agree. No ones throats need to be slashed in front of the kiddies. Surprisingly, the meeting went well and they called a truce. They finally saw each other as mothers and not just catty women on opposing sides.

At the party, most of the ladies were in attendance and it was great to see them all getting along and in one place! Ramona went all out for her daughters even though she really couldn't afford it. She threw them fabulous party and gifted them with a new puppy. 

Renee is trying to made strides in rehab, but when she was a part of an anger management support group, shizz almost hit the fan. This blond lady tried to inadvertently disagree with Renee's choices and of course Renee spazzed out. 

Joe sat down and told Carla that he saw a lawyer about a divorce and he advised her to retain counsel. Carla was annoyed that he was handling their divorce like a business transaction, but what is he supposed to do? They are living apart, and he's seriously dating, so their marriage is over anyway. It's just time to make it official. 

Big Ang threw her husband Neal out of the house again. This time, she tossed him out because he wash;t supportive during her surgery and to her,  he's just an overall lazy bum. He confronted her in the bar, trying to convince her that she need him around. She may not need him, but he sure came in handy when there was a daytime fight in the bar. 

Following the advice of her financial planner, Karen decided to diversify her money. She chose a recording studio to invest in, which was a good idea considering that she just discovered that Karina can sing. It seemed like she was trying to bribe Karina to move to New York.  Since Karina was in town for Anissa's birthday, she took her and her friend to check out the studio and to meet with a vocal coach she hired to develop their talent. 

Renee was worried about her friends and family who were braving Hurricane Sandy on the East coast. Next week, we see the devastation from the hurricane and Renee shares an emotional moment with AJ in rehab.
