If there's one thing we've learned from past Bachelors, it's that when everyone tries to tell you that one girl is a problem, you should probably pay attention. Take Brad and Michelle, Ben and Courtney, and of course, Jake and Vienna. Not that these ladies were all in the wrong - I'm still trying to wipe the Jake/Vienna blowout of 2010 from my mind. Yet, no matter how many ways these guys were warned about the ladies they were infatuated with, they had to learn for themselves the hard way that it wasn't meant to be.
Such seems to be the case this season with Tierra, a 24 year old from Los Angeles with an unknown occupation (according to ABC). Aspiring actress, perhaps? Tierra earned the first impression rose within seconds of arriving at the mansion on the first night, which obviously had the ladies taking notice. But it's clear that Tierra isn't there to make friends, and becomes easily mopey and jealous, even before having any kind of real connection with Sean. He has yet to see what the issue is, pulling her aside on last night's episode to let her know that he wants to spend more time with her. Of course, she's going to stay! She's good tv - especially next week when she suffers a mysterious fall and cries hysterically, "I can't believe they did this to me"!
If Tierra is the new Vienna, then I have no idea what Amanda is. She seems like she's hoping to board CrazyTrain with the likes of Jenna, Melissa, and Jamie. After not getting enough one on one time with Sean, she refused to speak to the other girls but when she got in front of him, her other personality came out. Since it doesn't seem like their connection is strong, I can't imagine she'll be hanging around much longer. I give her til midseason at most.
What do you think of Tierra and Amanda? Let us know in the comments below!
