Ever since The Hills ended in 2010, I have been longing for a show with the right combination of good looking people with tons of drama so thank you Bravo, for the gift of Vanderpump Rules! For what seems like no good reason other than she's new to Sur, Stassi, Kristen, and Katie are hating on Scheana. Given that everyone the restaurant staff are all hoping to become famous models, singers, and actors, it's no surprise that they're extremely competitive and jealous.

At a staff meeting, Lisa calls out Stassi for being a bit lazy and piggybacking on stronger servers. You see, at Sur, the tips are pooled so at the end of the night, everyone walks out with an equal amount. Scheana is used to things at Lisa's other restaurant, Villa Blanca, and wants to keep what she herself earned. Fair enough, but don't think your opinions gave you a better chance of Stassi warming up to you, Scheana.

While we're on the subject of Scheana, she is pursuing a music career and says that she was approached to record some pop tracks because of her look. She says she looks like Britney Spears and when she had blonde hair in high school, she was constantly getting mistaken for her. Let's not go that far. She also has a callback for Power Rangers and tells her coworker Tina at tea afterwards, "I'll know I've made it when the paparazzi starts taking my picture." The day they start snapping shots of Power Rangers will be the day tabloid magazines go bankrupt.

It really is Stassi's mission to get Scheana to quit, and even Katie and Kristen try to tell her that maybe she's overreacting to her. Lord knows her boyfriend Jax thinks so, and the other guys from Sur as well. The two girls end up having it out, with Stassi saying that she doesn't like a homewrecker (which is none of her business). When the staff gets together afterwards, minus Scheana, it's clear that Jax is fed up with Stassi and calls her the devil. She quickly responds with, "I am the devil. And don't you forget it." Bravo couldn't write a response as good as that. Hey, at least she knows it.
