With just one challenge left before the finals on Battle of the Seasons, the remaining teams are off to Namibia. By the shots of the desert, I can tell that final is going to be damn near impossible! But first, let's take a look at the challenge that lies before the contestants. We've got an ATV, a ramp, and some water. Uh oh...

In Sling Shot, one team member drives the ATV up and off the ramp while the other jumps off and swims to a dock, rings a bell, swims back to shore, and crosses a finish line. With San Diego making the lineup, Vegas is up first, Dustin racks up a good time, then pukes afterwards. Sarah struggles initially with climbing up on the dock, but recovers nicely enough, even though she's disappointed in herself. She gets sick as well, then has to get oxygen from an EMT. This seems pretty serious!

Devyn sends JD flying into the water and he rocks his round, even calling it fun! Derek does well in the first part, but says he can't breathe on his way back. He has to backstroke to shore but he makes it without help. Ashley's ATV stalls and Frank just slides off the ramp and into the water, which was hilarious. Zach spazzes out in the air instead of doing a graceful dive, but he powers through that swim.

Cancun ends up with the slowest time and are headed to compete in order to avoid elimination, while Vegas gets a much needed win, guaranteeing their spot in the finals. TJ puts Dustin and Trishelle on the spot and wants to know right then and there who is going in against Cancun. They spare Brooklyn (hooray!) and put in San Diego, since half of their team have yet to see an elimination round. Get in there, Frank!

Before the elimination round, Sarah gives Jonna a little advice for winning the strategy challenge. Zach tries to give Frank and Ashley advice but if I want to know how to win a strategic round, I'm talking to Brooklyn. They're definitely the brains in the house. Unfortunately, Jonna and Derek weren't able to deliver. They get stuck when trying to untangle the ropes, and Jonna is distracted by everyone screaming at her (even though they were trying to be helpful).

Waiting at the house for the remaining teams are the gear to compete in the finals.  TJ let them know that he didn't anticipate anybody could finish it but if they can, they'll win $250K.  As they head off to sleep, Chet worries Devyn will give up while Trishelle stresses that she and Dustin will fight the entire team.

Dropped off in the middle of nowhere, the teams stand in front of three small planes - which they will be jumping out of.  If that's any indication of how insane the final is going to be, next week's episode is going to be one to remember.  Who are you rooting for?
