Brittany Brown from America's Next Top Model: College Edition

It was tough enough that Brittany didn't book a single episode on last week's America's Next Top Model and she knew she was going to need a strong photo going into panel. She left the jailhouse shoot, after portraying a 50s bad girl, feeling confident but things took a different turn at panel. Not only did the judges not like her photo and felt she was falling short of the mark in the competition, but Bryanboy said it was her fans that were keeping her in the competition. Not even Brittany's fans could save her and she was eliminated from the competition - but it's not over yet! As she waits to find out whether or not she'll re-enter the competition, we talked to Brittany in an exclusive interview about her time on America's Next Top Model.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What did you think about the format changes to Top Model when you came on this season?
A. Brittany: I thought the changes were exciting because it kind of spiced up ANTM. It kind of lost its flair for the last few cycles. I was very interested to see how the social media would play out. I thought it would be cool to give fans a voice and opinion. I was a little upset because I had always looked forward to meeting Nigel and the Jays but Rob is a wonderful addition to the show, and Bryanboy too.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What was it like to live in one house with that many girls?
A. Brittany: That was one thing I was definitely nervous for going into the show. I was like, I don't like drama. I don't like arguments, fakeness, anything like that! But I actually got along with a majority of the girls and that came to my surprise. It wasn't always perfect because it is a competition.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Speaking of drama, there's been tension between Victoria and the other girls, especially lately. What did you of her comment on this past episode, when she said that her photo wasn't as strong because the girls were bullying her?
A. Brittany: I thought it was a little annoying for her to blame us for that because I mean, truthfully, I never tried to go out of my way to bully Victoria. They didn't really show it but I had one on one conversations with her in the beginning and tried to talk to her. I was genuinely concerned about her and she was just very defensive. I don't blame her for standing up for herself but to throw us under the bus like that, I thought it was pretty annoying.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: The photo shoot in the jail ended up being the one that got you sent home. Did you feel like that was the toughest shoot for you?
A. Brittany: I actually really liked the photo shoot. The photographer and I had a good vibe going. Johnny even said we got a good shot and I felt good about it! I felt like I got into a fun character, maybe not to the same extent that Victoria does. I thought I did a really good job. It was confusing, because you go into panel feeling confident and then that was hard. Once I received the scores, that that was hard.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: It must be tough, when you feel like you did well in a photo shoot and then find out the judges don't like what you did. Were you already nervous, given that you didn't book any jobs during the go sees?
A. Brittany: Yeah well, truthfully, after the go see challenge, I was definitely surprised not to book any jobs but I did get a higher score than the other girls. I'm not a bad model, I think I had a nice rapport going on with I Heart Ronson and Lulu Guinness. I was surprised when they didn't book me but I didn't take it too seriously. This go see challenge was different this time because the designer could only choose one model. When Kelly told me it was because of my modeling skills, I was completely thrown off. I don't know... I knew I had to have a good photo shoot going in and I thought i did really well in the shoot That just goes to show you never really know.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Were you expecting Tyra to say, right after your elimination, that it was time to find out which girl was coming back into the competition?
A. Brittany: It was a total shock because I was like, okay I'm eliminated. I can get myself together and then I can have some time but no. It was right then, right there. It all happened so quickly.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Bryanboy just said during that episode that your fans were keeping you in the competition. So were you feeling confident that you'd be the one to come back?
A. Brittany: It was good to hear that my fanbase was growing stronger so that gave me hope but I also knew that some of the girls who were eliminated, especially Leila, had a lot of fans.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: We'll have to wait until the next episode to find out whether or not it's you but in the meantime, tell us what you want to do from here regardless of what happens in the competition. Do you want to keep modeling?
A. Brittany: I want to continue modeling but my main goal is actually acting. I think that's something I learned on the show was how strong my passion is for film acting and movies.
