Abbie and Ryan start out the fourth leg of The Amazing Race in Indonesia but not for long! Teams are headed to Dhaka, Bangladesh which is more than 2600 miles away. We seem overdue for all the teams to catch up to one another so everyone boards the same flight at 10am. On the way there, Gary and Will brag to the cameras that their comeback on the last leg was the greatest in race history. Woah, woah. Slow your roll, subs. You barely getting by because a cab driver took another team the wrong way is hardly the movie Rudy.

 

Rob and Kelley are the first to grab a taxi once the teams arrive, but Ryan and Abbie end up being the first to get to the Road Block. One team member must fix a damaged bus by putting putty on a dented section of the vehicle and then sand it down. After that, they have to remove three heavy seats from the bus in order to get their next clue. There's a Fast Forward up for grabs but nobody knows who is in front of them, so they play it safe - except for James and Abba.

 

At the Road Block several people get frustrated with the meticulous way that the putty needs to be applied and dancer James, Gary, and Trey all end up starting over more than once. It's hard for anyone to concentrate because Nadiya literally will not stop screaming for Natalie. "You got this! Go twinny! You can do this! Twinny! GO!!!" Despite the nonstop screaming, Ryan finishes first, followed by Rob, Natalie, and Josh.

 

Up next is the Kawran Bazar Shootkir Market, where teams search for a shop, dig through a bag of smelly dried fish, and try to find one that's orange in order to get their next clue. While Abbie and Ryan continue to dominate this leg of the race, Trey and Lexi run into cab trouble and fall all the way to last place.

 

Once teams find their next clue, they head to the Detour where the choice is Pound The Metal (beat iron rod over fire and create a tool) or Pound The Cotton (make a cotton mattress by using bamboo rods, stuff it, and sew it). Both tasks seem very time consuming but Pound The Metal goes by quicker, and the twins and monster truckers finish first. Abbie's fashion skills come into play with quickly sewing up the mattress, and she and Ryan take off in third place.

 

In order to reach the pit stop at Shambazar Chan Mia Ghat, teams have to travel by riverboard, then on foot to reach Phil. Rob and Kelley bypass one of the stops to get there and are turned back, which sends Rob screaming at the locals for telling him to go the wrong way. Way to be classy.

 

James and Abba were the only ones who did the Fast Forward and had to go around the town, picking up dead rats. I think I'd rather shave my head! Still, they arrive first at the mat, and win a trip to Antigua on top of it. Teams finished in the following order:

3. Natalie and Nadiya
4. Josh and Brent
5. Rob and Kelley
6. Jaymes and James
7. Trey and Lexi
8. Gary and Will

 

The superfan substitute teachers are headed back to the classroom. As LL Cool J once said, "Don't call it a comeback!" Don't worry.  We won't.
