Since Kourtney is in the final stages of her pregnancy, she's nesting and finishing up odds and ends around her and Scott's new house. For a normal pregnant person that involves dusting, disinfecting, and organizing. For a Kardashian, nesting apparently involves purchasing a toilet that flushes itself, closes the lid for you, and warms! 

After her extreme toilet purchasing, she continued running down her plan for their home. Scott was baffled to find out that this included 4 more children (in case you can't add, that would make it a whopping 6 little ones) and that she never wanted to go on birth control again.  Once Scott realized that if he leaves all the decisions up to Kourtney, they will have enough offspring to rival a small zoo, he contemplated cutting off the sperm supply by getting a vasectomy. Telling Kourtney that he was going to the doctor for a physical, he headed across town to find out more about the procedure. 

After he learned what the procedure entailed, he got a little freaked out and called Rob to vent.  Bad move! Although Rob encouraged Scott to talk to Kourtney, he went ahead and told her himself! Of course she got pissed, because Scott doesn't realize something that we all know - the only reason he's still in that house is because he provides a steady stream of the baby juice! 

Kris was having a little problem with Kendall and Kylie borrowing her clothes and shoes without asking and then not returning them. I don't know about you girls, but when I was 18, the last thing I wanted to do was borrow anything from my mother's closet. But then again, when I was 18 and I asked my mom where she was going, she never said "to get my boobs re-done" lol! Yes you heard me correctly, Kris had her 23 year old boobies refreshed. She couldn't wait to unveil those babies, and invited everyone over to view them in her backyard. 

While she was recovering, Kendall and Kylie took advantage of her pain  med induced high, and got Kris to agree to let them take anything they wanted from her closet. When she got keen to their BS, she put a lock on her closet. As a sort of compromise, she allowed them to keep borrowing garments, but they have to sign them out. 

Kim persuaded Khloé to go see a fertility specialist since she and Lamar haven't gotten pregnant yet. Since Kim didn't manage to squeeze a baby out of Humpries before she left him, she had her fertility accessed as well. Kim seemed to be fine, but Khloé found out she isn't producing eggs the way she should. The episode ended with a heart broken Khloé in tears after finally facing her fears about the reality of her fertility. 

Next week, Khloé sits down with Lamar to give him the bad news and Kourtney gives birth!
