Big Brother 14

With two of her players on the block this week on Big Brother, Janelle has some advice for her team: kiss some HOH ass. Joe is having a really hard time accepting that he's going to have to but get with the program. A lot of making it far in this game hinges on the relationships that you make and how safe you can make those around you feel. You gotta look people in the eye, shake hands, strike deals, and then take them out when the time is right. Instead, Joe ends up telling Shane that he's pissed he's on the block and screams to the camera that he's coming after Shane. Okay buddy...

Wil, Frank, and Danielle are picked to compete in the veto competition this week which is good and bad for each of the people that need to win. Players must simultaneously roll balls up a ramp, running back and forth to keep them going, without letting one hit the ground. Wil and Joe are the first ones out, with Frank and Danielle going soon after. Amazingly, Ashley does well with her gentle push and roll strategy, while Shane constantly looks back and forth to make sure he stays in rhythm. Shane ends up winning his third POV and I think we all can feel that target grow on his back.

Back up in the HOH room, Shane and Britney try to celebrate their victory but are interrupted by Janelle, Wil, and Ashley. Of course, they all promise to keep him safe and Janelle goes as far as to try to give them her wedding ring to keep for three weeks, or her Chanel earrings, whatever it takes. Oh, she's good. Joe makes a trip upstairs by himself, vowing to throw his own team under the bus and vote them out if it means he gets to stay. Shane doesn't trust him, but I actually think Loudmouth Chef is telling the truth. If Shane saves him, he'll stay loyal and then he has another alliance member - and man, he's gonna need people going into next week.

Dan finally got to have his sushi party (yeah, he's still in the game) and the jealous housemates inside threw a party of their own for Wil's birthday. Everyone came together for one big game of Spin The Bottle, where Ian finally got to plant one on Ashley and Danielle and Shane shared their first kiss. Perhaps there's more in store for those two?

Britney finds herself alone with Ian out in the yard for the first time in perhaps ever and asks him straight out if he would put Shane on the block if he wins HOH. Ian's response was very Ian-y: "I don't see any forseeable circumstance," which to me says, probably not. Britney took it as a probably and ran back up to Shane to get it in his head that Boogie's team is after him. She's SURE he's downstairs with his team talking strategy but in actuality, they were having one of the most boring conversations in the history of Big Brother.

At the veto ceremony, Shane decides not to save Joe, but Ashley, and puts Frank on the block instead. Yikes. It seems Boogie doesn't get to sit poolside anymore. He's going to need to put his Big Brother visor on and start playing this game hardcore. It's time for some big moves!

Find out who is evicted from the Big Brother house, Thursday at 9/8c on CBS.
