The Real Housewives Of New York Season 5

By Jessica Blackwell

The ladies touched down across the pond to meet Heather for their girl's weekend! Before the working part of Heather's trip was over, she invited the girls to join her at a business dinner. The ladies were none too pleased that Heather made them stand up at the table, introduce themselves, and explain why they love Yummy, her body wear company.

Ramona and Aviva went shopping and I think that Aviva ended up wishing that she had hopped on the plane with the rest of the girls. Sonja was a little too fascinated by her prosthetic leg, asked a barrage of questions with the intensity and curiosity of a 5-year old. Ramona was determined to have a good time in the Big Apple, despite the fact that she was persona non grata on the London trip, so she had a double date with Aviva and Reed. Because Ramona cannot simply accept that Heather doesn't like her, they all debated theories about why Heather doesn't like her.

After dallying around, the ladies decided to take advantage of their beautiful penthouse and have a grown-up slumber party! They ordered food and played truth games. Surprisingly, without Ramona around everyone seemed to get along. The small amount of tension that was there, was between the Countess and the Princess! Carole seemed slightly annoyed by LuAnne's tendency to compete in conversation, but she didn't let it show to LuAnne.

So far, I would have rather been in London with the majority of the housewives, instead of in New York with the craziest ones. Let's see if I still feel that way for next week's episode!

The Real Housewives of New York airs Mondays at 9/8c on Bravo.
