The fighting continued last nigh in Costa Rica (are you surprised?) on The Real Housewives of Orange County. Last week, the women staged an "intervention" with Alexis, who has reached her breaking point. She hightails it back to her room, where she cries and refuses to let Gretchen in. When Gretchen muscles her way in the room and pretends to cry about how hard this is for her, Alexis asks her to leave. Really? How hard this is on HER?
Vicki heads to the room a little while later and also finagles her way in to see Alexis. Even though she also makes it about herself, when the girls ganged up on her a few years back, she means well so Alexis is more open to what she has to say. The next morning, Heather checks in as well to make sure she's okay and Alexis ends up deciding to stay a little while longer before heading back to Orange County.
At a picnic on the beach, Alexis and Gretchen take a walk to discuss the events from the previous night. Alexis doesn't understand why people are harping on her being materialistic when the other women seem just as bad. I mean, she has a point. Did anyone else see the outfits and the bags these women are carrying around the jungles of Costa Rica?
Alexis ends up leaving, while the remaining women drink champagne and get a little crazy and inappropriate with one another. There was a lot grabby hands and screaming. If you thought they were loud then, just wait. The women decide to plant trees in the forest, which is nice and symbolic, but Vicki breaks down and cries about everyone dying. Seriously, someone tell me what's going on with her.
Okay, time for the whitewater rafting! Vicki gets the screaming going but before you know it, they're all shrieking at a high pitch that I didn't even know they could reach. Once the adventure is over, it's time for Heather to go and Vicki, Tamra, and Gretchen finish up in Costa Rica over lunch. Vicki breaks down about Don - wait, does she want to go back to him? She says no, but she seems awfully emotional about the fact that he's not fighting to keep her.
