This episode focused primarily around Rosie's sexuality. The exact time that Rosie came out wasn't revealed, but Kathy stated that they were both well into their thirties when Rosie told her, so clearly it was later in her life. Since all the adults know, Rosie felt it was time to tell Kathy's children. She was nervous to tell them, but it turns out that they were fine. Given their ages, I'm sure they had an inkling about their aunt's sexual preference.

Joe Gorga decided to take Rich's advice and offer to attend therapy with Teresa. Teresa of course thinks that she knows how to fix things, and since they are "old-school Italians" they shouldn't believe in or go to therapy. Teresa took a while to respond to his text, and Joe had a feeling that she would say that he was the one who needed therapy. I guess he knows his sister well because she seemed to think that she's perfectly fine. When she has "friends" like Kim D telling her there is nothing wrong with her, I can see why she has an unrealistic view of herself. Teresa spent some time with Kim D, and she admitted that she loves spending time with her because she is always supportive of her and Kim agrees with her ALL the time.

Carolyn's brother Jaime is preparing to tie the knot with his partner, Rich. Jaime asked Carolyn to do a reading at his wedding, since she is his only female sibling that will be attending his wedding. Apparently the wedding was very last minute, so not everyone from the large family could make it. Teresa and her family were also invited, which was interesting given Joe Giudice's previous use of homophobic slurs and Caroline's current distaste for Teresa.

Sure enough, Joe Giudice didn't disappoint. After arriving at Jamie's gorgeous home, Joe tells a story about the "gayest" thing he ever did, which was comparing penises with a childhood friend. Then he offended Greg by stating his butthole was loose, and thought it was a funny thing to say.

Carolyn became frustrated with Teresa numerous times, but tried her hardest not to let it show. She wanted to focus on her brother and his wedding without any Teresa drama, and who can blame her?

Kathy and Rich rented a summerhouse on the Jersey shore and invited the Gorgas along with a few other friends down for some fun in the sun. Heather, an event planner, and her husband Cliff, a former NBA player also came down. Rose was instantly attracted to Heather as soon as she walked through the door. Even though she is married, Heather had no problem flirting with Rosie in the hot tub.

Next week, it looks like we'll see Jaime get married and the drama between Teresa and Caroline intensify!
