This week on The Real Housewives of Orange County, Alexis planned a surprise party for the twins' 4th birthday and she was not playin' around. This party had princesses, makeup (lots of makeup), puppies, and even a story about how she almost died during childbirth. Things are slightly more uplifting when Alexis can't put down a friend's baby and declares that she has come down with a serious case of baby fever. Not sure how Jim feels about that one.

Slade is in full proposal mode, meeting up with Heather at a local jeweler to pick out the perfect engagement ring. We start with a yello canary diamond ring valued at $250K, go down to a gold ring full of diamonds for $37K, and end with Slade asking for an imitation stone. In Orange County. Talk about embarrassing. To make things worse, when Gretchen visits Heather afterwards, she has not changed her mind about getting married to Slade and taking on his debt and issues. Yet, she wants to have babies within two years or so. It's clear that these two need to have a talk.

Tamra goes to Terry to finally have the tattoo of Simon's name removed from her finger. She seems a little nervous, running to the bathroom every few minutes, but it's a big relief when it's finally gone.... though, she looks like Frankenstein with the stitches but it'll heal. At dinner with Eddie, she has a little emotional breakdown, worried that if they move in together, he'll get sick of her kids and want to leave. One would hope that if he wants to move in, he knows what he's getting into and I think he does. And, as you Housewives fans know, the two got engaged in March!

After venting to her brother Billy about Briana's quickie marriage (oh yeah, we're still talking about it), Vicki goes to Briana's apartment to hash things out. The problem is that Vicki isn't the only one with concerns and issues. Briana is no fan of Brooks, calling him an opportunist and accusing her mother of cheating on Don. The pair lash out at one another over things written about their significant others on the internet but I have to say that I side with Briana here. It really seems that Vicki has changed since dating Brooks and is completely wrapped up in that relationship.  Who do you think is acting more irrationally - Vicki or Briana?
