Winner Jeremy Britt from The Biggest Loser 13

Last week, Jeremy Britt stepped onto the scale at The Biggest Loser finale, revealing that he had dropped over 50% of his total body weight. Impressive as that was, he still needed to wait for Kim to weigh in before it became official that he had won the $250,000 grand prize. The one hour live show went by so fast that we didn't get to hear from Jeremy but we caught up with him today in an exclusive interview to talk about his dramatic and exciting win.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: We last spoke right after you had fallen below the red line and you said that you were still pretty upset about having to compete against the previously eliminated contestants. That being said, do you feel like those feelings helped push you even more - like, "There is NO WAY I'm going home now"?
A. Jeremy: Definitely. I was not happy that the eliminated contestants were coming back and I felt like if the show wanted three finalists, it should be me, Conda, and Kim but if they wanted a competition, then that was what I was going to give them and there was no way someone was going to take my spot.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: On a scale of 1-10, how worried were you going up against Mike in that final round?
A. Jeremy: He seemed like he was planning on staying up there all night. I was not that worried. I felt like the last competition was going to be all mental and I knew once I got to the endurance and mental side of things that I was going to win. I felt like mentally no one was as strong as me and no one wanted it as bad as I did. So I guess on a scale of 1-10, I was a 2.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: How much did focusing on winning The Biggest Loser take over your life when you got home from the ranch?
A. Jeremy: The focus on winning did take over the majority of my life. At the same time, there were things that I wanted to make a point to make time for in my life like friends and family. I just made it a point to be really active the whole time I was home.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Whose finale makeover surprised you the most?

A. Jeremy: Cassandra looked completely different with the blonde hair I did not even recognize her when I came out for my reveal but I thought, all around, everyone looked very good.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: After you had weighed in and saw that you were over 50%, were you feeling confident that you had won the competition?
A. Jeremy: I was not completely convinced. I knew that I did really good but Kim looked really small and I thought it might be close. At the end of the day, I had set a goal for myself to get to 50% and be happy with that so once I reached my goal, winning the show was just the cherry on top.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: The finale went by so quickly that we never got to hear your reaction to winning! Tell us how it feels!
A. Jeremy: It was honestly one of the best moments in my life. I just remember seeing her weight come in and the second I realized I had won, I just screamed. And all I remember seeing after that was Chism leaping out of his seat screaming and he came running, then the place went nuts and everybody was so happy. It was great to share that moment with others.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What is next for you?
A. Jeremy: I am definitely going to keep at this weight loss journey and at the same time, definitely try to put a little more muscle on. And as for work, hopefully I can get involved in some speaking engagements to the younger audience in trying to help them stay motivated at their goals.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Any words for your fans or advice for future contestants?
A. Jeremy: To my fans, thank you I know my fan page has been going crazy and it was way too hard to try and thank everyone for their support individually but it truly does mean a lot to me to have fans and people that support me on this journey. To the next batch of contestants, stay focused. I never lost my focus in a house full of chaos and drama. Do your best to stay out of it and keep your head down and on the path. Never forget why you went on the show and what you were hoping to get out of the show and everything will fall into place for you.
