The Biggest Loser 13

Let me tell you what makes no sense about Buddy and Mark quitting The Biggest Loser last week over the previously eliminated contestants coming back. Two of those contestants are their partners, Ben and Chism! They were so high on the fact that THEY DESERVED to be in the finale, that they overlooked that their brother or son could be standing there with them. So they don't deserve it? Ugh, let's just move on...

So many of the eliminated contestants look amazing and they've got a fire in their eyes that's going to make the road ahead tough for Jeremy who was just eliminated. First up is a weigh-in to see how much they've lost since Day 1 and the top eight move on to the actual competition to get back in the game. Here's how they finished:

1. Jeremy: -150 (38.56%)
2. Cassandra: -81 (33.89%)
3. Emily: -89 (33.71%)
4. Mike: -114 (31.84%)
5. Chris: -74 (30.83%)
6. Lauren: -74 (30.08%)
7. Kimmy: -65 (29.68%)
8. Megan: -70 (27.03%)
9. Chism: -96 (26.59%)
10. Roy: -79 (25.82%)
11. Ben: -99 (25.00%)
12. Daphne: -67 (24.72%)
13. Nancy: -49 (22.58%)
14. Adrian: -79 (21.35%)
15. Gail: -73 (22.67%)

Though it must sting to be sent home a second time, if nothing else, this weigh-in really puts into perspective who is competing here for the at home prize.

Before we get to the competition, the eight players get a night on the ranch and a workout with the trainers. Dolvett gives Jeremy a much needed pep talk, who is feeling angry and down. If Jeremy's going to win a spot in the finale, he needs to use that anger as his motivator.

That night, Alison delivers the challenge and it's a tougher version of what they faced on the first night on the ranch. First up is a 100-yard dash and the top five move on: Cassandra, Lauren, Megan, Mike, and Jeremy move on! Emily and Kimmy are eliminated, and Chris wasn't medically cleared to compete so she's out as well. Next, the remaining five need to match up food items with their respective calorie counts in a stacked puzzle. Mike finishes in record time, and Jeremy and Lauren complete it as well to move on to the final round.

In the final round, the three players stand on a post and hold a ticket to the finale above their heads. Whoever lasts the longest will go up against Kim and Conda for the grand prize. Jeremy's tactic is talk incessantly and get inside Lauren's and Mike's heads, which is equally annoying and amusing. Over two and half hours in, Lauren drops after feeling nauseous. Over three hours in, Mike puts his other foot down and in the end, Jeremy gets his spot in the finale!

As drawn out and dramatic as that way over the last two episodes, I have to admit that it's pretty rewarding to see Jeremy beat out 14 other people to compete for the grand prize.  Who are you predicting will win it all?
