Things continue on in the breathtaking country of Tanzania this week on The Amazing Race. There's a Double U-Turn ahead, not to mention the Speed Bump that Nary and Jamie have to complete for coming in last during a non-elimination round. Pressure's on!

Teams take a ride through the Ngorongoro Crater for a safari that Rachel (of Big Brother) deems "better than a zoo". Uh yeah, I'd say. From there, it's on to the village of Karatu for a Detour and the choices are Water Supply or Air Supply. In Water Supply, teams have to bring empty containers to a well, fill them in, and bring them to a homeowner. In Air Supply, teams have to fix a puncture in a tire on a bicycle. Unless you've had experience fixing bikes, hauling that water seems like the way to go.

Unfortunately, the water task isn't as simple as it sounds. You have to wait your turn to fill your containers and there's a line of people waiting to complete their daily chore. Experience with a bike pays off for Mark and Bopper, who finish the Detour first, followed by Dave and Rachel. Neither U-Turns anyone but there's no way everyone will be that nice.

Art and JJ finish next, think they're in first because nobody U-Turned anybody, and send Brendon and Rachel back around to complete the other side of the Detour. Of course, Brendon and Rachel U-Turn Vanessa and Ralph. That's what you get for drinking the Haterade.

Meanwhile, at the Road Block, one team member has to harvest honey while being swarmed by thousands of bees. No thank you. When Art and JJ show up and see Dave and Rachel, they are pissed. They had an agreement that they'd U-Turn Brendon and Rachel but only one team had the guts to do it. Seems like this alliance is over.

Back at the Detour, Rachel spills a little water and spazzes out when Brendon tells her to be careful. She slams her container back onto the cart, basically knocking over the whole thing. After two shows and three seasons of watching her, I can only imagine I'm not the only one sick of her tantrums. After finishing their side of the Detour, Vanessa and Ralph's cab gets a flat tire. Of all the luck. That opens the door for Nary and Jamie to catch up. They make it to the Speed Bump and have to set up an art stand before they can continue on in the race.

Mark and Bopper, busted knee and all, make it first to the pit stop at Lake Manyara and win a trip to Hawaii. They need to make it to the finale! The rest of the teams arrive in the following order: Dave and Rachel, Art and JJ, Brendon and Rachel, and Vanessa and Ralph. So Nary and Jamie arrive last, once again, and are eliminated from the race.
