Next Tuesday, a new group of contestants will arrive at The Biggest Loser ranch in the hopes of changing their lives. Each of them brought along a teammate, someone who means very much to them, with the exception of two strangers. Contestants have brought their parent, their child, their sibling, their spouse, even their grandparent for support and to get healthy together. Yet, they'll quickly find out that they will have to compete alone, as individuals, and follow this season's mantra: No Excuses.
Trainers Bob Harper and Dolvett Quince return to address all of the reasons that the contestants have put off losing weight and getting healthy. Whether they were too busy or are emotional eaters, the trainers will address excuses each week so that the only thing to focus on is that $250,000 grand prize.
Among the group of contestants are a woman with 55 grandchildren, a former pro wrestler, a former Junior Olympian, a professional background vocalist and music producer, and even a Santa Claus! Check out a preview of the season below and let us know what excuse you've used in the past to keep from working out.
The Biggest Loser premieres Tuesday, January 3rd, on NBC.
