The artists tried to rev up the competition on this week's episode of Work Of Art: The Next Great Artist, as they had to use parts of a Fiat 500 to create an amazing piece. The challenge left Lola, Kymia and Michelle in the bottom three and unfortunately we had to see Michelle go home. Today we got an exclusive interview with Michelle Matson as she talked about her experiences on Work Of Art.

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: What made you try out for Work Of Art?
A: Michelle: My boss' husband dared me to do it.

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: How do you feel about the piece you created, given the time constraints in the competition?
A: Michelle: Well, I feel like my piece could have been (much!) better. I made some bad decisions.

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: You often use the tragedy of the accident you were in to make some great pieces...is this a way of coping with the accident for you?
A: Michelle: I think that at that time my accident was definitely something I was always thinking about. You couldn't see it on the show, but I was wearing ice packs under my pants to keep my leg from swelling. It was always on my mind. I had only started walking without the aid of crutches or a wheelchair a month prior to filming.

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: What were you thinking when it was you, Lola and Kymia in the bottom three?
A: Michelle: I was disappointed. I really like Kymia and Lola and it was a shame that one of us had to go. But I wish it didn't have to be me!

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: Did any of the other artists stand out to you during the competition?
A: Michelle: I thought Dusty was pretty smart and Sarah K. And Lola are brilliant.

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: Would you ever do another reality show?
A: Michelle: It was fun, but no way!

Q: Todd, RealityWanted: What's next for Michelle?
A: Michelle: I'm exhibiting some brand new works at an amazing artist-run project space: Youth Group Gallery in Brooklyn, New York. The opening is January 27th.
