"The Reality Game Show" sponsored by RealityWanted.com also features our correspondent Maureen Francisco bringing the best of RealityWanted.com casting calls and the "Reality Game Show" airs every Monday 3:30-5pm EST on YouNow.com. Jodi Thomas comes with a wealth of experience in pilot and series casting. Her diverse credits including game shows like Deal or No Deal; competition shows like The Biggest Loser, and Beauty and the Geek; dating shows like Tough Love; and Age of Love; and docu-series like MTV's I Used to Be Fat.

Before discovering her love for reality television casting in 2003, Jodi came from a background in publicity and high-profile events production, working in conjunction with the Emmys, People's Choice Awards, ESPYs, and Golden Globe Awards. Her extensive experience working with the public has given her a one-of-a-kind edge in developing creative strategies and targeting niche casting pools.

Jodi first discovered her talent for finding captivating people and stories while working as an investigative news reporter for an NBC affiliate. At 19, she graduated from Texas Tech University with her Bachelor of Arts in Communications and quickly began building experience in cable and network television production in Dallas. To this day, she holds a sharp production sense and unwavering passion for entertainment. She is now partnering up with Rebecca Reczek in a full service casting and production company: City Media, Inc.

Vinnie Potestivo's professional career began in 1998 when he accepted a full-time casting position at MTV Networks. Born and raised in New York, it seems only natural that Vinnie would begin his career working in the heart of the city - Times Square - the longtime location of MTV's headquarters. As head of MTV's East Coast Talent & Series Development, Vinnie was able to strive in the fields of casting and production, playing a key role in the launch of top network talent, including Mandy Moore, Benji & Joel Madden, Vanessa Minnillo, Nick Cannon and Ashlee Simpson. Additionally, Vinnie produced and contributed as a network executive on a variety of television series, such as Laguna Beach, The Hills, Sunset Daze, 8th & Ocean, Aly & AJ : A Sister Act, Me & Mr. Jones, Run's House and Real World Road Rules Challenge.

After a decade at MTV, Vinnie became a principal partner at Classic Entertainment Group, where he developed and launched Blue Scissors Media - a full service multimedia production company with a focus in branded media content for a range of television, broadband and mobile platforms. In 2008, he successfully launched Vinnie Potestivo Entertainment. As a full-service talent-driven entertainment company, VPE specializes in casting, the development of character and celebrity-driven reality programming, talent procurement and modern media marketing.
