All the housewives and their respective significant others headed out to a 5 mile run for charity. It was nice that they all came together to do something nice, but Teresa was worried about her brother and husband interacting. I don't blame her considering last week's text war. Everything turned out okay at the run, despite some snide comments made by Joe Giudice.

Joe and Melissa headed over to the Manzo boy's apartment for a night out. Melissa played her song for them, and they didn't seem too impressed but they did ask her to perform at the launch party for their first product. Melissa and Greg seem to be becoming best friends, with Joey commenting that Greg is the only man allowed to fondle his wife, then going as far as ordering him to do so. Melissa commented that Joey sometimes steps out of line by discussing their sex life in detail and it annoys her. Imagine how we feel Melissa, imagine how we feel.

Teresa celebrated Milania's 5th birthday party, and what party is complete without a fit from the birthday girl? Milania and Teresa engaged in a hilarious argument about what she was going to wear to her party. Milania won! Teresa decided to go with a more cost effective choice for a birthday party venue this time around, having a pizza party at their pizzeria. Teresa finally admitted what everyone living in middle class America knows: "you don't have to spend thousands of dollars to make a birthday party over the top".

Everyone had a great time, until Gia shared a song that she wrote for her mom and uncle, basically begging them to end their feud. It was an awkward moment, but I must say, that child is talented. She wrote a song that seemed very much beyond her years. If her tears of desperation didn't force the adults to look in a mirror, I don't know what will. Teresa tried to hug her brother to show her that everything was okay, but Gia knows better. Teresa even went as far as to say that she thinks that Gia wanted Joey to hear the song because she knows that Teresa is doing everything she can. I wonder, will she ever take responsibility for her actions?

Next week, everyone heads to Punta Cana for a "family vacation" and of course there will be drama!
