"Search for the She-Wolf: England"

Castle Rising- Norfolk, England

Built in the 12th century, the Castle Rising is a tall, rectangular monument to buildings of the time.  Hundreds of years of nasty weather have battered the castle but it still seems to be holding its own and may in fact be a conduit to the spiritual world.  The caretaker of castle considers himself to be a conduit to the paranormal and the team will certainly add him to their investigation.  Queen Isabella, who lived in the castle in the 13th century and was called the "She Wolf" because of her intense temper, is said to haunt the castle.  Vicious screams coming from the top floor of the castle are said to be hers that may be a residual haunting that came about after she was said to have gone crazy after killing her husband.  One of the more interesting pieces of evidence shown to the team was a picture taken by a tourist of a "ghost horse" that certainly looks like one of the more interesting ghost pictures ever shown on the show.  The staff and visitors report seeing apparitions, hearing disembodied voices, and some people have reported being pushed.

Barry FitzGerald and Kris Williams started their investigation in the dungeon and they didn't seem to be getting much paranormal activity so they decided to bring in the caretaker/historian, and supposed spiritual conduit, Norman Fahy.  Not long after he took a seat, the temperature dropped almost 15 degrees.  They decided to leave Norman and left him to see if he could get some interactions going on and the full spectrum camera did pick up a few energy, or light, anomalies.  They would later reveal an EVP of something saying "Go Home."  After the team had left, their cameras also picked up some strange lights appearing in the dungeon.  They headed to the ruins of the church next to the castle where flashes of light have been reported.  Barry was hearing a buzzing noise and Kris heard some footsteps but nothing was getting picked up by their equipment.

Scott Tepperman and Joe Chin headed to an area called the "Great Hall" in the basement area of the castle.  Both believed they were hearing footsteps followed by some whispering that sounded like a woman's voice.  This was followed by Joe getting tapped on the shoulder.  Could Queen Isabella be making contact with them?  They headed to the dungeon where they ran into a bunch of boxes of human bones.  These were items that were most likely found around the castle and in areas where they were excavating.  Disturbing the resting place of these bones could easily be causing some of the paranormal activities.  Scott felt something brush up against his neck and it was not long after this that they decided it would be best to move on.

Susan Slaughter, Paul Bradford, and Norm headed to what is called the "White Room" where people often claim to smell perfume and believe it's the spirit of Queen Isabella.  All of them made attempts at contacting the queen and what they got in response was a deep growl.  This was followed by a shuffling noise that they could not track down.  They would have a similar experience later in the area where a stone spiral staircase leads to walkways in the upper floors.

Outside of what has already been mentioned, the team did catch one of the castle doors opening by itself and closing, something reported by the staff.  They did verify earlier in the show that the door was not easily opened and closed.  There is no doubt that paranormal activity exists in the castle.
