This week’s Flipping Out is primarily revolved around Cole and Chaz Dean. Jeff and company are still trying to wrap up the last of the three bungalows in Venice in order to get the contract for his New York City salon.

Chaz wants the bungalow completed by a date he has arbitrarily picked to have a party there. Jeff feels a lot of pressure to get it finished once he, Trace and Jenni take a trip to the open space where the salon will be in New York City. While there, Chaz has a General Contractor and a huge team of people talking about the space, and refuses to commit to Jeff to design the space. Later, they sit down and Chaz lays it down that Jeff won’t get the business unless he finishes Venice in the time frame he desires.

Every year Jeff gives Zoila a great gift for her birthday. This year is no exception and Jeff teases her and wants to give her some elective surgery. He jokes about getting her breasts done, but Zoila has other things in mind when she asks him for vaginal rejuvenation. Jeff thinks it is weird, and isn’t sure he wants to pay for it. Finally, Zoila decides that she wants her eyes and neck lifted.  The first step is Botox and lasering her moles, which becomes a huge joke throughout this episode.  Everyone is worried with where exactly Zoila’s moles will be falling off…will the dogs be eating them? Will they be in everyone’s coffee?

While Jeff, Trace and Jenni are gone, Gage is riding Sarah because he doesn’t want her to drop the ball while everyone is gone. He completely micro-manages her, which seems to be justified because once again Sarah is kind of screwing up her responsibilities but at the same time, Gage is new and should he really be obsessing over Sarah?

The team is still working on Spring Oak, Fuller and Cole all at the same time. Jeff is determined to get Chaz’s business and because there is a deadline there is no room for errors so when the backsplash is not right, Jeff has to ship it to Chaz, who happens to be out of town. Unfortunately even though there is no room for errors, Chaz is a bit of a micromanager as well, and has to approve everything but is constantly out of town.  With that in mind, Jeff decides that he is going to send one of his associates to the salon everyday to be more visible, so that everyone notices that they are there, and working. This may insure that he looks serious about getting the New York City job.
