On this week's episode of Keeping up with the Kardashians: Kim's butt. You think that everyone would be over that debate by now, but Kim clearly isn't. She makes Kourtney Google "Kim's @$" to see what comes up. A certain website is claiming that one of "Kim's butt implants" exploded. Khloe and Kourtney tell Kim that she should get an x-ray of her butt so that she can prove, once and for all, that her butt is the real deal.

 

Kris considers changing her last name back to "Kardashian," but all of the girls think that it would be disrespectful towards Bruce. She thinks it's more of a "branding" situation, since she basically lives in a Kardashian world.

 

Kim agrees to the butt x-ray. I can't decide if this x-ray technician is going to feel lucky or awkward.

 

Kendall rats out Kris and tells Bruce that she's considering changing her last name back to "Kardashian." He is obviously not happy about it (not that he's really happy about anything) but, understandably so. Kris continues to claim that it's just a matter of "branding."

 

Khloe meets up with Bruce to practice her golf skills, and they discuss Kris' potential name change. Khloe coins her a "fame whore" and urges him to stand up to her. We all know that if he doesn't, she will!

 

And, Khloe confronts Kris. She says that it's hurtful to Bruce, and Kris opens the flood gates.

 

Kim goes for her butt x-ray. When Kim tells the doctor what she's there for, the expression on his face is priceless. They x-ray Kourtney's boobs to see what implants look like, and then they're going to compare that to Kim's x-rays.

 

The x-rays come back and Kim's is cellophane free. Now, leave it to Khloe to show them off the to rest of the family.

Kris has a change of heart about changing her name. She decides to show Bruce that she truly appreciates him by putting a picture of him in their home's family portrait wall.

 

Kim's butt is real and Bruce is up on the wall - all is right with the world.
