The Amazing Race: Unfinished Business

There are four teams left on The Amazing Race and by the end of the night, one will walk away with a million dollars. We pick back up in Switzerland where Flight Time and Big Easy will depart first for Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Everyone gets on the same flight and once they arrive, teams must find a famous set of stairs called Escadaria Selaron. Immediately in Brazil, the Globetrotters find themselves thirty minutes behind the other teams after missing a trolley to get to the famous stairs. At Escadaria Selaron, teams grab a route marker that leads them to a Road Block. Someone will have to learn the samba before being cleared to move on in the race.

It's no surprise that Mallory finishes first, given her dance background. She and Gary head to Copacabana to search for a salon and get their next clue. Both team members will have to endure a Brazilian waxing session. You can't help but cringe, especially for the guys! Zev and Justin were particularly entertaining...

Afterwards, it's immediately time for a Detour: On The Rocks or On The Beach. In On The Rocks, teams head to a bar to learn to make a Caipirinha, a famous Brazilian drink - then make 100 of them! In On The Beach, teams head to (you guessed it) the beach to sell some bikini tops. If you know your Amazing Race history, you know it's never good to rely on selling something to people when you can complete a task instead. Everyone heads to the bar. Well, except Zev and Justin. I have a bad feeling.

Gary and Mallory finish On The Rocks first and head to the pit stop, at the Museum of Contemporary Art. They arrive first and win a cruise on the Mediterranean. If they win The Amazing Race, Gary will be the oldest person to ever cross the finish line first. A parent/child team has also never won the race. Pressure!

Jen and Kisha arrive next, followed by The Globetrotters. Zev and Justin, who ended up doing the other side of the Detour instead, were the last team to check in and were eliminated at the most crucial point in the race.

After a little rest, it's time for the final leg. From Brazil, teams will fly over 4,000 miles to Miami, Florida and head to Rickenbacker Marina. Jen and Kisha arrive first, with The Globetrotters right behind, and face a Road Block. (Gary and Mallory are trapped in a cab with a driver who has no idea where to go and is texting while driving!) In the Road Block, one team member has to drive a forklift and transport a boat across the dock without dropping it.

Not gonna lie - I'm slightly disappointed I didn't get to see a boat crash to the ground. Flight Time finishes first and The Globterotters take off for Key Largo for another Road Block. One team member must use a personal submarine machine to check out an underwater mermaid show and collect treasures... definitely odd. Big Easy finishes that task first! Is there any stopping them? Apparently, yes. A taxi driver who takes off on them!

Jen and Kishes grab their taxi and take off but The Globetrotters are close behind. Gary and Mallory try to play catch up but can't seem to get out of third place. They arrive at every task as the two teams in front of them leave it to move on.

Next, it's on to find Mile Marker 29 in Key Largo to get the next clue, which tells them to walk across the [shallow part of the] ocean to Horseshoe Island and find the tallest tree. From there, teams board a speedboat and head to Galway Bay trailer park. Before they can leave, they must create the ultimate Florida trailerhood which must exactly match a picture that they have. It seems easy enough but the wind adds a serious layer of difficulty to the task.

At the trailer park, Gary and Mallory finally catch up to the other teams and pick things up in order to make a move. After several tries, Jen and Kisha finish first and head to Seven-Mile Bridge. Flight Time and Big Easy figure out their mistakes and move on as well. At the bridge, teams have to ride giant tricycles for the seven miles to the finish line.

The Globetrotters put up a good fight but it's Kisha and Jen who arrive first at the pit stop to claim the million dollar prize.  Flight Time and Big Easy arrive second and Gary and Mallory arrive third.  For the second time in Amazing Race history, an all female team has won the race!

Jen and Kisha prove it doesn't matter how many legs you win... or any at all... it all comes down to that final leg!  Congrats Jen and Kisha!

Be sure to check back with RealityWanted as we'll be talking to the final four teams from The Amazing Race all week long!
