This week on The Biggest Loser, the remaining contestants headed to New Zealand where they competed in a challenge at Sky Tower and ran another 5K. At the weigh-in, the blue team lost a total of five pounds. Olivia lost two, Irene dropped three, and Moses put up a zero on the scale. He decided that his time was up and asked his fellow contestants to vote him out. Today, we caught up with Moses in an exclusive interview to find out about his experiences on The Biggest Loser and his progress at home.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: You talked a lot about being inspired by past Tongan Biggest Loser contestants. What made you decide that it was your time to try out for the show?
A. Moses: I had allowed myself to get so out of control that I felt pain all the time. I needed to change my life or I figured that I would die soon. I knew that The Biggest Loser loves the Tongans. Therefore, Kaylee and I decided that it was our turn to try out and hopefully continue the success of all the other Tongans.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What was your relationship like with Kaylee beforehand and how did being on the show change that relationship?
A. Moses: Kaylee and I had a great relationship before the show but of course, it has only gotten better. This is something we will always look back upon and know that it has built our relationship even stronger. No one can take this away from us.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: You fell in love with boxing while on the show. Had you ever done it before? What do you love about it?
A. Moses: I have never boxed before. I love the power and intensity of the work outs. It truly burns more calories for me than anything else. Because I love it so much, I will do it forever.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Which trainer do you feel you connected with the most?
A. Moses: Cara is my most favorite trainer. She is responsible for the love I have for boxing, which was most responsible for my weight loss.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: During the week that Kaylee wanted to leave, how were you feeling? What did you do to try to help her stay motivated on the ranch?
A. Moses: I didn't want her to leave at first but after she convinced me that she was ready to do this at home, I was okay with it. However, since trying to throw the weigh-in didn't work, I told her that there was something that she still needed to get out of this experience and none of us knew it. It was important that she stay on the ranch and figure it out. We worked out hard and stayed positive and ignored anything out there that had nothing to do with her and stayed focused, which worked.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What was it like to be in New Zealand? Have you done much traveling?
A. Moses: I don't do much traveling, but New Zealand was definitely a place I've always wanted to go. It was everything I could imagine. It was summertime there and absolutely gorgeous.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: You said in New Zealand that you were reminded that you still have more to do in your weight loss journey because you were unable to jump off of Sky Tower. Is that a good thing that you reminded of that?
A. Moses: My journey of weight loss will continue because there are still things I would love to do that my weight is still interfering with. Even when I do reach my goal weight, it will be constant challenge to maintain but that is what life is always about and what we all face.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: How did it feel to run the 5K in New Zealdand?
A. Moses: This was our third 5k and it was truly the best one. It was New Zealand style and definitely a lot more exciting and plenty more challenging.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What happened to the blue team this week in the weigh-in?
A. Moses: Irene and Olivia did their part and I didn't. I knew that I was retaining a lot of water from traveling so far, and so I was just pleased to see that I got a 0 and was able to get all the water retention out of me. I was glad to not have taken away from the girls' weight.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What are you doing to continue your weight loss journey at home?
A. Moses: My journey at home has been a huge success. I have such great support with my family, friends, work and the community. I work out about three hours a day and definitely watch what I eat. I do want to return to the finale with the body I want the rest of my life, so I am putting muscle back on and still losing the fat. I think everyone will be impressed by the finale.
