In the van on the way back from panel on ANTM, the girls were congratulating Brittani for getting top photo, and she was really excited about it. She also thought that Alexandria should have gone home, and said that words cannot express how much she doesn't like her.

 

Meanwhile, Mikaela didn't expect to be in the bottom two, because she's been modeling since she was 15, and has more experience than the other girls. Ah, tragic foreshadowing...

 

The girls arrive home to find gift bags with symbols on them for Warriors in Pink by Ford, a campaign for women fighting breast cancer, and they know that this will relate to their next challenge. Meanwhile, the girls are still griping about Alexandria and how much they want her to go home, and Alex said in her confessional that she's feeling attacked.

 

The next day, the girls headed back to Smashbox, where they met up with Nigel, who would administer the photo shoot challenge. Each girl has a Warrior symbol and they must do their own hair, makeup, and style. The winning girl would win a national print ad. Some notable chicks were Mikaela, whom Nigel said kept doing the same thing; Brittani, who told Nigel that she doesn't think when she looks in the camera, and Alexandria, who's shot as the Tree of Love was believable, and she was declared the winner of the challenge.

 

At that point, Nigel announced that she would also be doing a PSA that would run nationally, and her costar would be the 2012 Ford Focus...which she WON. The girls were really upset about that, and that sparked what may go down as the most dramatic scene in Top Model history...

 

Brittani was talking with the other girls and saying that Alexandria was ugly and fake and that she didn't like her, which Alex overheard. That set Brittani off, and the girls argued back and forth, with Alex saying that the girls were being fakely nice to her, and Brittani saying that nobody wanted her there. It got pretty heated, and Nigel (as well as the client) heard the whole thing. How would this bode for Brittani at panel?? Oh, DO read on!

 

The next morning, Miss Jay shows up at the house and wakes up the girls to tell them that they are getting VIP treatment at Universal Studios. They take a tour bus, and end up meeting Mr. Jay, who tells them that their photo shoot will involve them being crazy for fashion.

 

Here's who stood out, good or bad: Jaclyn, who was crazy for makeup, did really well in her shoot, while Mikaela, who was crazy for sales, seemed a bit lost and confused with the set. Brittani did a lot of jumping around for shoes, and Alexandria screamed for faux fur.

 

Are you prepared for panel? If you missed this...you missed a LOT. Most of the girls did okay in their shots, though Mikaela looked a bit confused in most of her film, and Hannah had a great shot, but her film wasn't so great. Then came Alexandria. Her shot was pretty good, but the big story was how Nigel brought up what happened on set with Brittani. He asked what was going on, and Brittani said that as far as a role model goes, she thought he picked the wrong person, because they see the true Alexandria in the house. Nigel said that it was extremely unprofessional of Brittani to bring that up, and Tyra asked why she did it on set. Brittani defended herself by saying that she didn't get in Alex's face; she was talking quietly with the girls and Alex overheard it.

 

Tyra pointed out that the client also overheard it, and that what Brittani did, in terms of a role model, was very weak, and she should have kept her mouth shut. Brittani ran off the panel crying, and was having a panic attack backstage. She came back, and Tyra asked if she understood what she'd done, and she had. She said she felt horrible that the judges have a different impression of her now. Her shot was alright, but the judges said it wasn't her best.

 

Then came the deliberation, and a big debate sparked about whether or not Brittani should stay. Tyra made a big deal about saying that she doesn't make the final decision, and she did not want Brittani to stay, but the rest of the judges did. What would happen?

2. Molly
3. Hannah
4. Kasia
5. Alexandria

 

That left Brittani and Mikaela as the bottom two, quite expectedly. Mikaela lacks intensity in her eyes, and Brittani's attitude was unattractive. Tyra made another big deal about how Top Model isn't a monarchy, and if it was, Brittani would be going home. But alas, it was Mikaela who got eliminated, much to Tyra's chagrin.

 

Mikaela said that it was a crazy panel, but she knew her photo wasn't better than Brittani's and she knows that. She was happy to have made it this far and that's a huge accomplishment to her.
