Last night, on Hell's Kitchen, Chef Ramsay decided that it was time to say goodbye to Sabrina after a dinner service in which just everyone was thrown out and the restaurant was shut down. Before she left, Ramsay told the 22 year old that she her work ethic was strong but she had a lot of growing up to do. Today, we spoke to Sabrina in an exclusive interview about her experiences on Hell's Kitchen.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What made you decide to try out for Hell's Kitchen?
A. Sabrina: I was always such a fan of the show. I would watch and see people completely making fools of themselves. I would say what everyone would say, "If that idiot can do it, I can do it." It was a dream of mine.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: What did you think of your red team this season and how do you feel you got along with everyone?
A. Sabrina: I don't think I got along with anyone, actually. I would tell them, "Have you never had any friends before in your lives?" They were all friends but not Sabrina's friend. It seemed like that. Seriously, I have tons of friends and people love me where I'm from. I was like the one to pick on.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Did you feel pressure on this week's episode with the panel of chefs that judged your amuse-bouche?
A. Sabrina: Oh my God, are you kidding me? Yes, it's one thing to have Chef Ramsay taste your food and you kind of know what he likes and doesn't like at this point. But it was like five Chef Ramsays! I was crazy. You've heard of these chefs but you don't know what they like or what they're about. It's different when they cook for people and when they eat something that you made.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Your salmon went over pretty well in that challenge. Were you feeling confident heading into dinner service?
A. Sabrina: I was. Throughout the whole season, I don't feel that I did horrible really ever. Yeah, in the beginning, I didn't get along with people but as the competition went on, I got comfortable.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Risotto always seems to be a problem during dinner service in Hell's Kitchen. What was going on at your station?
A. Sabrina: That's what I tell myself, too! It's like, "Are you serious? You can cook meat, you can cook scallops, you can't cook rice?!" That's what was going on in my mind during dinner service. It was a number of things. That whole season we're competing in the red kitchen and we're thrown into the blue kitchen which was completely different. All those things... it takes time to get used to being thrown into a crazy situation. Before Hell's Kitchen, I had never been thrown into any crazy situations.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Chef Ramsay accused you of looking like you had given up but you promised you hadn't. What were you feeling at that point?
A. Sabrina: I didn't give up. I wasn't there to give up. If I was going to lose, I was going to lose to the best. He always tells people that it looks like they're giving up. If I messed up, I wasn't going to give up.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: When you were eliminated, Ramsay did say some nice things about you. Did you feel okay with the decision?
A. Sabrina: I did. He's right. I have so much to learn, inside the kitchen and outside the kitchen. 22 year olds lack in life experience. He was right.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Where are you cooking now?
A. Sabrina: I'm back in San Diego working with the chef that I started with. We're just doing our thing. I'm definitely looking for a new outlet. I want to work somewhere at a smaller place. I work in a huge place with over 300 cooks. I want to work somewhere with a chef more directly and with someone who can take me under their wing who can teach me what I need to know.

Q. Gina, RealityWanted: Who are you rooting for?
A. Sabrina: I'm definitely rooting for Russell. I'm basing it off of challenges and his ability as a chef. I really think that he's really good, especially compared to all the other contestants!
