Last night, on The Challenge: Cutthroat, love is in the air for some... and not so much for others. Cara Maria and Abe are still hooking up, while Luke gets shot down by Camila in favor of Johnny Bananas. There's no time for love though, because the teams have to head out to their latest challenge.

 

Teams have to race through a series of bottlenecks on an obstacle course and can do whatever they need to do to stop the other teams and finish together first. Basically, it's a stampede from start to finish and it's gonna get ugly - quick! The boys are super physical and the spaces are too tight for people to fit through comfortably.

 

The red team finish first and are mostly happy because they defeated the blue team, who are perceived as dirty players. Ty had a big hand in costing the blue team their win. What is his deal? I see the word GULAG in his future!

 

In the blue team's deliberation, Katie volunteers to go while Johnny tries to protect Ty by demanding that the guys battle it out in footrace. That is absolutely ridiculous and the girls put a stop to that. It'll either be Ty or Eric. On the gray side of things, Ayiiia accuses Abe of keeping Cara Maria here for personal reasons (even though she crossed the finish line first).

 

When the votes are tallied, it's Ayiia vs. Katie but there's a tie on the blue team for the guys. Luke was chosen by gray but if the blue team can't come to a decision, he can have his pack of any of the guys to face. Scared you-know-what-less, the blue team sends Big Easy in again. Cowards.

 

Before the Gulag, t he red team pulls Camila aside to warn her about fraternizing with Johnny. Of course, she's defensive and says that she's not making any deals with him. Not satisfied with her answers, Brad goes to Johnny directly to ask him not to ruin her game.

 

TJ shows up at the house unannounced which cannot be a good sign for the competitors. Luke and Eric are called downstairs and are given razors and shaving cream, told to shave, and asked to come down for inspection. WHAT?! Everyone starts speculating what this challenge could involve, from water to fire to bugs. TJ gives his stamp of approval and takes off.

 

Okay... this Gulag is the craziest thing I have ever seen. The players are chained to a table and must slap each other in the face until someone gives up. It's actually pretty funny to watch the girls but it must hurt like a mother!  The girls make it through the first two rounds and in the third, must take slaps to the face while holding a very heavy bucket.  Whoever drops first is out and that person is Ayiiia.  

 

In the battle of the guys, Luke amazingly defeats Eric in the third round.  Really, Easy?  You couldn't hold that bucket.  I had faith in you, man...
