Last season, on Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains, ego got the best of the villains and they voted out their leader, Boston Rob. Almost immediately, his entire alliance (with the exception of Sandra) followed him out of the tribal council area and had their torches snuffed. I have a funny feeling the same is about to happen on Survivor: Nicaragua after egomaniacs Marty and Jimmy T. orchestrated Jimmy Johnson's exit.
First, let's start with La Flor. Brenda and NaOnka have figured out the very difficult clues and uncovered the hidden immunity idol. NaOnka is convinced that she figured it all out but I'm not sure that she's from this planet... never has someone been more entitled or more angry for absolutely no reason. Speaking of no reason, she followed Kelly B. around camp just to bully her and tell her how much she hates her. In her interview, she said that Kel better keep her leg away from the fire.
Listen CBS, if you want to give me a Rachel on Big Brother who is clearly only there for the cameras, I'll accept it. I might not like it, but I'll accept it. NaOnka is just in a whole other league of evil, greedy, camera-hungry reality stars. Where's the mute button?
At the immunity/reward challenge, teams will have to head blindfolded through a course to retrieve 10 objects. Once all 10 objects are back, they need a key to unlock a chest and get everything in the chest. The winning tribe will get to choose 3 groups of items to take back to camp. La Flor decides to use the Medallion and sits the Kellys while Espada benches Dan.
Brenda calmly calls out directions to her tribe and they quickly get their items back to their mat. Espada is in complete chaos. Paging Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy, where are you? Oh that's right. You voted him out. Actually, I take that back. It doesn't even matter. Everyone at Espada was born without ears. No one listens. La Flor sails to a victory - duh.
Before everyone starts fighting for their lives at Espada, we check in at La Flor, where Brenda confesses to Chace that she and NaOnka found the hidden idol.
Let the scrambling begin! Jimmy T. just wants a chance to LEAD. Don't you people understand? The problem is, Jimmy T., that nobody wants you to lead them. Being the amazing leader that he is, he calls out people's weaknesses to make himself look better, targeting Marty before everyone heads to tribal. Of course, Dan's name is also being thrown around for being a weak player but Marty wants him for numbers. Fair reasoning. They're not losing challenges because of Dan. He didn't even play in the last one!
At tribal, Dan gives himself a strike to go home when he admits that he can't do any challenge in the mud... we're in a rainforest!! Jimmy T. whines that nobody will give him the opportunity to lead the tribe and Marty fires off that he's not really interested in being led by him. Holly jumps in and says that the guy is just asking for a chance and deserves to prove whether or not he deliver. The rest tell him that they'd rather have him be a follower. As Jimmy T. chokes up, now I'm feeling bad for him. Damn those tears! He got me.
When the votes are tallied and read, Jimmy T. becomes the fourth person to leave Survivor: Nicaragua.
Survivor: Nicaragua airs Wednesdays at 8/7c on CBS.
