Tonight's episode of America's Next Top Model began with the girls expressing opinions about each other. Rhianna and Kayla like Ann, but she's real competition. Liz wants to win this competition more than all of the other girls, because she has lots of money problems. Kacey doesn't really talk to the other girls, but came up with an idea to have a barbecue and invite the male models from the fallen angels shoot. Kacey calls Shaw, the model with whom she went to high school, and asks him to come over with the others.

 

The male models show up, and the barbecue begins. It was extremely awkward, and most of the girls said that it felt like a middle school dance. Kacey seemed to have fun, as flirted with Shaw for much of the barbecue, and the other girls were talking about how she has a boyfriend back home.

 

Afterwards, the girls got a Tyra Mail which read, "Tomorrow, your world will be turned upside down. Love, Tyra." The next day, the girls go to Knott's Berry Farm, where they meet Ms. Jay and Nigel. They have to ride the Silver Bullet roller coaster, and each girl was given an emotion to portray for the photo that would be taken during the ride. Each girl also had an earpiece so that they could get direction. Some memorable girls were Kayla, who had "sulking pout" and pulled it off pretty well; Chris, who is terrified of roller coasters but went on anyway, had "distracted"; and Liz, who was the challenge winner, had "relatable/catalog."

 

For her challenge win, Liz got to pick two friends (Chris and Kayla) to have a one-on-one photo shoot with Tyra, which would appear on Tyra.com. Liz was asked to re-make a photo of Tyra from her online magazine, and Kayla and Chris got to take photos as well. After the photo shoot, the three girls got to have tea time with Tyra, during which Tyra ate all the carrot raisin bread.

 

Next, the girls were cleaning the house, and Lexie said she was sick of cleaning up after everyone. She said that Kacey never cleans up after herself, and she's at a breaking point with her. She confronts Kacey and told her that nobody likes her. Kacey asked the group if this was true, and the girls all said it was. Kacey took the attitude that it was their loss, because she'll win the competition.

 

The girls get a Tyra Mail which reads, "True beauty lies just under the surface. Love, Tyra." The photo shoot this week was with renowned photographer Matthew Rolston, and the girls had to pose with sea creatures underneath a panel full of water, and they were photographed from above. Some memorable girls at the shoot were Kayla, whom Jay thought looked beautiful; Esther, whom Matthew Rolston said brought a movie star quality to the shoot; and Liz, who was having issues with her contacts. Jay said that he wished Liz had taken the roller coaster home.

 

Next up was panel, with Matthew Rolston as guest judge. Memorable photographs were Ann, whose photo the judges said looked like it could be in Italian Vogue; Kendal, who took what the judges called her "best photo so far"; and Kayla, whom Tyra called a chameleon and said that she looked like a sexy Ariel from The Little Mermaid. Some girls who didn't do so well were Chelsea, whom the judges thought looked like a drag queen; Liz, whose photo Andre Leon Talley called "flat", and Rhianna, whose photo looked too relaxed to the judges.

 

After deliberation, it was time for the call-outs, which went as follows: Ann, Kacey, Esther, Chris, Kendal, Lexie, Kayla, Jane, Chelsea. Rhianna and Liz were in the bottom two, and Rhianna was eliminated, because the judges could not see past her "flower child" persona.

 

Rhianna said that her Top Model experience may be over, but she met amazing people and is grateful for it all.
