Last week, on Survivor: Heroes Vs. Villains, I saw a side of Russell that I have seen outside of the game; the charming side. This was the moment that he showed me what amazing player he really is. Russell the hero!

Wait, wait, hold on, what am I saying!? Did I just write that? Ok yes I did, I do have a soft spot for Russell. Even though he called me dumb, multiple times, I do care about him and I hope he does well this season. Russell giving the idol to Parv was huge and this really showed how great of a game Russell is capable of. By doing this, he gave Parv a sense of security in the game and showed her that he is a man of his word. Yes, I always rant and rave about Boston Rob but Russell really outplayed Rob this time around. Rob ate his words at Tribal Council this week.

Okay - let's start at the beginning. As everyone slept, Russell and Rob had a little chit chat in the dark by the tree. Rob thought he was putting Russell in his place, and the second I saw the look on his face I knew this could only mean trouble. This talk could have actually helped them if they both would have meant what they said. As we saw at the end of the episode, neither were sincere.

What about that challenge? I loved the concept of individual immunity for each tribe and more food! YES. One thing that I now see is how hard the challenges actually are when you are feeling the way you are. What happened to Colby? Like James said, he got beat by a cripple and a fat dude. I thought Colby was supposed to be fit! Well, when it comes down to it, you're so weak and tired. Maybe he was sick that day. Either that or he has given up completely. I think he has given up. The toll that not eating and not sleeping takes on your body is different for each person. Maybe this time around, it's harder on him than before.

Of course Boston Rob won. He is by far the strongest player on the villain's tribe physically. I was happy to see Candice win. All in all, Rob takes the win and the villains get to eat again.

Trainers Tip #6 - Regardless of how weak you may be, if your alliance wants you there, you will stay. Just like Danielle said, James is still here and therefore, he must have a strong alliance on the other side. Keep an eye on who other people are saying are the weak links because they may be the very opposite. For example, I was targeted as the weakest link when we had a 62 year old on our tribe. How does that work?

When James and JT raced down the beach, my jaw hit the floor. How amazing was that! I would be watching down the beach wondering what in the world they are doing. Why risk hurting yourself more James? Regardless, it was still a fun moment to watch.

I do have to mention something about the bananas. Sitting at home and watching this, is by far the weirdest conversation. However, when you are starving you watch everything that everyone else is eating. When someone is taking more than everyone else, it's for sure something you take note of. James eating three bananas is something that will get noticed. It's so crazy how much you think of food out there. I always tell people when they ask me about the show, if you're not strategizing, you're talking about food.

Tribal council. Wow, I was shocked by both tribes. First, let's start with the heroes. I truly thought that they would get rid of Colby. From what I saw, I thought he had given up and they would just send him home. Instead, everyone voted for James. I am not sure how this will affect them. He does have an injury and is eating a lot more than everyone else. I think it was finally a smart move made by the heroes.

Russell, Russell, Russell... great game play. He is a lot smarter at this game then a lot of people give him credit for. I love that everyone was excited when Russell pulled the idol; they all thought the plan had worked! When Russell gave the speech, I was in shock! My house went from silent to an uproar because we couldn't believe that actually happened. Favorite part of Parv's response..."Oh Russell, you are such a gentlemen!"

"Whatcha gonna do? I am still pretty awesome," yet you went home. Bye Tyson...
