Last night, on Kell On Earth, it was London Fashion Week and Kelly had Jeremy Scott's fashion show to take care of. The show is at 10am, which is pretty damn early considering how early you have to get to the venue to make sure that everything goes off without a hitch. Jeremy went with a Flinstones theme which was pretty cool and definitely different than what you might expect from a show at fashion week... but that's Jeremy. He's an original.

In London, Emily decides to check in on Stefanie and Andrew back in the New York office. Stefanie has a tough time dealing with an email directed at her and all in capitals. She feels like she's picking up the slack for everyone and trying to do the job of three people, which is understandably stressful. However, I'm sure Kelly wouldn't want anyone melting down over an email sent. She has more important things to do than console her staff or mediate their issues!

Emily heads back to New York, where she and Stefanie have it out. It ends with Stefanie outside crying on the phone to Kelly and then Emily on the phone with Kelly, telling her that she can't work like this. Somebody needs to sort this out - quick.

Andrew S. heads out on a blind date and it's kind of awkward with the other guy, as they play a word association game. Have no fear, Kelly and Andrew M. are here to make things interesting.

At an event for fashion publicists, there is a disaster when the tequila runs out. Oh no!! While Emily tries to figure out how to solve this problem and keep all of the guests happy, Stefanie clicks a pen on and off repeatedly and looks like a deer caught in headlights.

Kelly hires photographer Mary Ellen Mark to shoot her book cover. I love Kelly for admitting that she has no interest in putting in the work to look good. She just is who she is but it all comes out looking good, whether she likes it or not! After posing for some solo shots, Kelly brings Ava in to take some family pics with her. SUPER MOM!

Kell On Earth airs Mondays at 10/9c on Bravo.
