Kell On Earth

Tonight, on Kell On Earth, New York Fashion Week has finally come to an end but that doesn't mean any rest for the staff at People's Revolution. Immediately following New York Fashion Week is London Fashion Week. No rest for these PR peeps just yet!

Of course, things get off to a rough start. Already, some people in the office look like they're going to break down and London Fashion Week hasn't even arrived yet. Kelly gives everyone a speech about getting their you-know-what together and making sure that her senior staff members don't get burned out doing simple, basic things that the newer people can't handle or get right.

At a staff party with one of the People's Revolution top clients Alternative Apparel, Stephanie Vorhees and Elide spend more time drinking than working which really doesn't sit well with Kelly. Every time I turn around, Vorhees is striking out with Kel. Lucky for Stephanie, she's been overshadowed by Elide, who brought a guy to the party that stole alcohol and the entire incident was written up in Page Six.

Elide's getting fired but it's up to Robyn and Emily to do it because Kelly is taking her daughter Ava to a Jonas Brothers concert. Can you just picture her there, bopping up and down to "S.O.S."?

Feeling that she's next to go, Vorhees pulls Emily aside to say that she'll write out a list for her replacement to do after she gets fired.

Stefanie Skinner is quite thrilled that her nemesis has left the building but it means fifty times more work for her so that stressed out look and dark circles under her eyes are back with a vengeance. Andrew S. breaks down crying, which Skinner finds hysterical... and I'm not quite sure why. If I couldn't get important editors into a fashion show because the people who should've done that were fired, and my boss was Kelly Cutrone, I might cry too.

In London, Kelly reconnects with Ava's father, Ilario. He gives Ava a call back home and lets her know that he's thinking of her. It's kinda cute actually.

Meanwhile, back in New York, Andrew M. hires a new People's Rev employee. Two seconds later, Skinner looks up her Twitter and sees that she's more in it for the fame than for the work experience. Job offer revoked. Just like that.

Feeling that Skinner is too overworked, Andrew M. convinces her to skip out of work early and grab some dinner.  He promises her that Kelly, Robyn, and Emily will not call looking for them.

Once again, a seating disaster strikes at a fashion show.  At the Henry Holland show in London, Kelly faces off with seat crashers and kicks them out.  The show gets underway and Henry has used very young models in see through dresses.  Oh, and this show takes place in a church.  Thank goodness the parishioners didn't see!
