This week, on The Real World: Cancun, Ayiiia continues to swing back and forth being liking boys and liking girls.  At the moment, she’s hooked on Jonna and has decided that she has to hook up with her.  When a few friends come to visit Ayiiia in Cancun, she makes a bet that she can, at the very least, make out with her later at the clubs.  With her (ex) boyfriend Matt out of the picture, Jonna focuses her attention on Pat. 

Can I just pause for a minute and ask what the hell the big deal is about Pat?  By the end of this episode, he’s hooked up with three of the roommates and two of them almost fought over him.  I mean, he’s alright but I don’t really see what the fuss is about.  Moving on…

As Ayiiia predicted (and hoped and wished and prayed), at the club, after a few drinks, she and Jonna start kissing.  Pat tries to interject that Jonna is with her but Ayiiia has no interest.  Back at the house, Jonna and Pat try to get frisky in the confessional but Ayiiia pops in and turns off the lights.  Before you know, there’s a threesome happening in the bedroom.  Emilee manages to sleep through it all and I bet she’s glad she drank that night, otherwise, she may have been traumatized by what she saw if she woke up!

When Emilee DOES find out, she’s pissed and no one can blame her.  However, she only thinks that Jonna and Pat had sex in the bed next to her.  When she finds out Ayiiia was involved too, she’s creeped out and frustrated that neither girl told her themselves.  She tries to vent about it to Derek, since he and Jonna are friends back home, but he keeps his opinions mostly to himself.

I have to say… sleeping with Pat probably wasn’t Jonna’s finest move because it’s already time for him to leave Cancun and head back to Canada, along with his cousin JR, who has been cuddling with Jasmine.  The girls say goodbye to their summer romances, who take off in a taxi (and my guess is), never to be heard from again.  Jonna tries to call Pat a few days later and when he picks up, he’s out at a club and says he can’t hear her, then hangs up on her.  Wow.  Again I say: what the hell is the big deal about Pat?

Jonna realizes that she threw away a relationship with a guy who loved her and cared about her, just to hook up with some douche in Mexico.  Not only does Jonna have to deal with the repercussions of her actions, but Ayiiia does, too.  After all, she still has a boyfriend back home and a family who is not going to approve when they see what she’s done.  Seems like one night of fun isn’t really worth it in the long run.
