This week on America’s Next Top Model, a few girls begin to struggle with some personal issues. Allison can’t seem to demonstrate how versatile she is in her photographs and London has gained a few pounds over the weeks and it is beginning to show.

The girls meet with Jay Manuel who helps the girls understand what it is he does exactly as a Creative Director. Turns out the girls’ challenge this week is to be Creative Directors for each other. They need to portray street style with attitude and the winner gets to be in Seventeen magazine. Natalie directed Teyona. Allison directed Aminat but was too back and forth in her decisions for which pose Aminat should do. Fo directed London. Aminat directed Natalie but took way too long to put Natalie’s look together which is strange because she had an entire hour. It got worse when she blamed her lateness on the hair stylist instead of taking the blame.

Teyona directed Celia but chose a bad picture. London directed Allison and chose the exact shot Jay chose and Celia directed Fo. The winner was Teyona who got to pick two girls to go to the Seventeen photo shoot with her. She chose Celia and Aminat which shocked and upset Fo because she thought her and Teyona were good friends in the house.

The next morning the girls were surprised to wake up at 5:30 a.m. to Jay in their house. Hair and makeup came to them that morning along with another surprise- Ciara! Turns out the girls get to do their photo shoot with Ciara. In the shoot they need to act as Ciara’s biggest fan who gets wrapped up in the microphone wires. This was a tough one for London because the girls were practically naked besides the wires wrapped around them and some small booty shorts. Even Jay pointed out that she had gained some weight which we all know is hard to hear. London begins looking to God for answers. As for the rest of the girls at the shoot, they all did exceptionally better than last week’s commercial. However, Aminat didn’t do so great and looked like a fish out of water.

The next day at elimination, a strange man in a Speedo walks in with a big bowl of weird nuts. He walks up to Tyra and gets on his knees where he asks her to come to his country in a different language. We all know where this is going. Tyra announces the six girls that make it through to next week will be going to Brazil! After the more or less naked man leaves the panel room, it is time for the girls to put their serious faces back on. Aminat’s photo looks like she is reclining on a couch with no expression in her face. Allison showed the judges se is not a one hit wonder.

Teyona looks fierce and ends up getting called first. Fo has tension in her face but without looking tense in her face which is very difficult to achieve. Celia says she likes her photo before the judges can even get a word in but they eventually express that they feel the same as she does. Natalie stands out more than Ciara in her picture but needs to be more present in her face. As for London, her photo is a little over the top and the judges also mention something about the weight she has gained. She does get a positive critique from Tyra who loves that London permanently smiles with her eyes. Unfortunately this is not enough and London will not be going to Brazil with the rest of the girls.
