In the spirited fourth round of Bravo's "Top Chef 3 Miami," the surviving 12 chef'testants' must create an appetizer that pairs well with a popular mixed drink with the help of guest judge and mixologist Jamie Walker, Global Ambassador to Bombay Sapphire Gin (Wed, July 11 at 10-11:00 p.m. ET/PT). In a pressure-ridden elimination challenge, guest judge Barton G. Weiss, owner of Barton G. Enterprises and restaurant owner, joins the dinner table along with members of Chaine des Rotisseurs, one of the most prestigious culinary food groups in the world, to critique the chefs' prized dishes. When we last left the chefs, Gordon Ramsay shocked everyone by sending Melissa to the blue team with the men. Rock is not thrilled with the new addition and looks to get rid of her quickly. The other women are more than happy to see Melissa off the team and try to rally to pull of a win the next day. We learn that Jen is not who she says she is. She tried to play it off to her competitors as a small town pastry chef but she accidentally lets it slip that she's cooked in major cities.
