I lost my sister five years ago to mental health and it’s just changed my entire outlook on mental health , food , nutrition and our environment .
The accomplishment I am most proud of:
I became an author of four books , and left corporate America after being let go over 10 years ago to pursue my dreams as an artist , author and health entrepreneur.
