A major event in my life was:
When our youngest son was 3, he fell off a golf cart (that our other son was driving) and hit his head in our driveway. He had a brain bleed and we didn't know it. He almost died. He spent a week in the PICU after the emergency neurosurgery. Our family has never been the same since.
