Do you spit out your food before swallowing it? Are you doing this in order to lose weight? Or has it become an obsession? Is this habit getting in the way of your every day routine? In the way of your relationships with friends and family? Your overall health? Do you avoid eating with others because of it? Or are you open about it with your family and peers? Perhaps you are considering getting help, but just haven't taken the next step. If you refuse to swallow food, we want to talk to you.
