We're searching Memphis and surrounding cities for family owned and operated businesses and the great characters and personalities running them for a new development project(s).

Family businesses always have their ups and downs, their drama and celebrations, their pros and cons. We want to explore these businesses and the amazing personalities behind them.

Some key things we're looking for:

- Families who own and operate their own "visual" business. i.e Restaurant, Hair Salon, Nightclub, Clothing Store/Fashion Line, Spa, etc.
- Characters must have great personalities and loads of energy to carry their own show.
- Dynamic relationships between the family members and any outside relationships including: boyfriend/girlfriend, BFFs, ex-coworkers, etc.
- Situations currently happening with the family that bleed in to the business and visa versa.
